Neerim South Hotel

New owners at the pub recently. Have really made some great changes to the venue inside and also the bottleshop. Excellent place to visit if you're stopping through or planning to camp nearby. Beautiful little town and this pub has been here for a very long time. Great history. Definitely worth visiting and will certainly be back again soon.

Three of us had lunch and all meals were beautifully cooked and presented. Eye fillet, perfect! Snags & mash and the Risotto, thumbs up too.

Stopped in for lunch service. Ripper food, BBQ Bourbon Parma 👌🏻 Had my young fella (18 months) running a bit rampant today & all the staff had a great interaction with him. Nice simple comfortable setting. Will definitely be back.

We were a group of 11 for dinner on Xmas eve and it was a lovely evening. Hosts Tanya & Jason were very accommodating and catered to various requests that our group had. We can’t wait to go for our 2nd dinner there on our last day in Neerim before we head back home.

Let's not beat around the bush here. If you want a full relaxed atmosphere with awesome service that is second to none then this is your place. We could not of asked for a better set of hostesses being Tania and Jason plus the bar staff. Yes we may have been a bit rowdy (stuey in particular)but the atmosphere kept rolling. For a country hotel the beds were absolutely perfect. There was a few other things that the team helped us with, but I will not delve into that as it's our pocket aces for next year. All in all I couldn't of asked for a more memorable experience, and would recommend the hotel and team to anyone Cheers guys and see you next year for a few cheeky bevvys xx

We had a most enjoyable meal, great flavours and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the Christmas decorations. Highly recommend it!

Went for lunch, still good food and prices, only complaint was service a bit slow with meals coming out. I'm sure this will improve the new owners are doing a great job highly recommend, good to see they kept pretty much the old menu will be back

I stopped in for a late dinner on my way home, 15 minutes before kitchen closing, absolutely wrecked and hungry. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the food was absolutely delicious, the amenities were clean and functional, will definitely be back.

Dropped in for a Parma. Great choices, plenty of beers on tap.

Very enjoyable place to go when there's not much else in the area. All the meals at our table were good or great. We liked the personal service and family-run feel. There is a small issue with insects in the dining room. Understand that is hard to manage in the bush. Nevertheless a big thumbs up.

Delicious, generous serves, great pub grub and cold beer. What more could you ask for.

We were 22 people in our group, we had an amazing time at the Midday Melodies, very well organised event with entertainment.
We had a lovely meal and dessert.
We danced to beautiful selected music and had plenty room to move around. Everyone was happy. I really recommend it.

I came for a snack after a bike ride. Great food options, great service, friendly staff. Very popular pub. I'd recommend making a booking.

I have $10 bar meals here which was very handy and it was plenty of food for the price to pay. Very nice atmosphere. Dog friendly outside. They even have drinking water for dogs to drink

Haven't been here for a few years, and it seems to have changed hands again. We had a Christmas lunch for 40, and it was great. The 2 course meal was abundant, well cooked and served by cheerful and efficient staff (I think it was all hands on deck and a few ring ins to get us all served, but it worked). Will definitely return for a meal in the future.

Great place for sunny weekend lunch.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and a friendly smile. The service staff were phenomenal! Huge shout out to Jo too!
From the first bite of the meal you you tell it was made with passion and care, each bite was incredible.
Wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and we will absolutely be back
