The worst experience ever!! I called to ask for sugar blood test (2hr) 28w of prenange, the lady on the phone said if I can come in the next 10', she will do it for me that is at 9am. I came there in 4', but have to wait with a number. They kept me waiting for more than 45' cuz they sneakily take "someone else" in for treatment cuz they are friend of 1 doctor there. Then all of sudden no one was in the blood collection room. After so much time wasted there I asked the receptionist if there any one to help as it is 10.30 now and the test will take 2hours and they closed at 12. Only by then I knew the staff will going home shortly and no one will be there anymore...wth??? Not Even care to let the patient know? And just let me waiting and waiting??? Such a terrible terrible experience! What the point of make a booking?????? If you have lot of time to be wasted and and fast for more than 12 hours please come and try their worst customer service!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!

Takes so long, even first thing in the morning when I'm second in queue at 8am, don't get seen until 8:30. Imagine later on in the day when there is 7 people ahead of you. Very life draining.
