Excellent service by Better Rentals. Egor was great to deal with. showed me how to operate the Concrete grinder . He gave me the trailer to transport it for no charge when it was obvious I couldn't load it into my ute by myself. Returning it was easy . Highly recommend Better Rentals.

The guys and girls were great at Better Rentals. I rang first thing on Saturday morning and they put machine aside straight away. When I got there a ery easy process to pick up machine and also when I returned machine same deal. BETTER RENTALS all the way

As per usual, rocked up last minute to hire a jack hammer. Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Went out of their way to make my experience easy. You could not ask for a better group of people to deal with. Gave me some pointers on using the drain snake when I picked it up and helped me load it. Will definitely be going back to them again.

2 Oct 23 update.

Another excellent experience. Picked up a splitter on Friday. Very helpful efficient service. Dropped it off on the Monday and they even unhooked it from my car and I drive away. No hassles. This is five star service.

Hired a concrete floor saw. Included trailer with ramp so super easy to pick up. Saw was very reliable and easy to use and made the job a breeze. Will definitely be back for more gear in the future.

Edit went back for an Excavator. Weekend hire was a good price and got a brand new Yanmar 1.8T excavator. Was an absolute delight to use, far nicer than any of the Kubota units that I have used from other hire places. Will definitely be back!

Rented a Bobcat s70 smaller skid steer and I couldn't believe how much work I got done with the back yard landscaping. The weekend rental was great value and the people there were excellent. On Sunday afternoon one of the bucket controls stopped working so I thought it was damaged but called up Harrison on their emergency number and he told me to look under the pedal for a lump of dirt. That was the problem and I was abck and running 15 minutes later. Never used one before and it was easy to learn and that emergency service call is a great idea

Best rental outfit in the Eastern suburbs. Great pricing (beats Kennards & Coates on everything), helpful and professional staff. Convenient pickup yard. They get what you need, when you need it. They deliver, pick up, clean and refuel if required. Have used for close to 7 years with no issues.

Hired a mini Kubota excavator with a sleeper grab today, very happy with the service, delivery, and price. Will definitely be wanting to hire more gear for other jobs around the property.

Rented a jackhammer with tile lifter over the weekend for Better Rental in FTG. Process to order and pay online was easy, pickup and drop-off a breeze.

The Hilti jack hammer was top class and worked for 2 days straight removing external ceramic tiles on front veranda, and it didn't miss a beat.

Thanks again to the FTG team, couldn't be happier with rental.

Really friendly helpful staff, and I like the fact that they dont hide costs (no cleaning fees etc)
Range of equipment isn't as good as some places but prices are way better.
