I took my old iPPone to Pentagon Digital on Saturday to replace the battery. No need to make appoint, extremely helpful and knowlegable and my iphone was ready 2 and a half hours later to be picked up. Would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with an Apple device. No appointment necessary, easy parking.

Great service, no where else told me my phone was covered under warranty but they did and got my phone fixed for free

I needed the screen replaced on my retina display MacBook pro. Pentagon digital did the repair before the end of the subsequent day after I took my laptop in, and replaced the keyboard and battery free of charge without me needing to ask, because they saw they were still under extended warranty. The new (refurbished) screen is perfectly installed and has no more wobble in the hinge like it used to. Their service was polite, efficient and clear. The speed of the total repair was amazing, and they went above and beyond for no extra cost. I am very impressed and will definitely be using Pentagon digital for any future repairs.

I walked in with a 'broken phone' unable to access ID, passcodes, log on details nothing... The guy provided me instant service, provided me with a loan phone, and fixed my phone all within an hour! SO happy and grateful for good customer service and understanding the situation
