Highly highly recommend. Owner is very attentive and truly cares about his passion and customers. From SA and will be back. We brought baguettes and seeded loafs to bring home. My non coeliac friend was very impressed too!

Wow. I don't know how much more I can say when I was left speechless but not only the variety but the tastes.

We had a French Toast & Vegan Sausage Roll & Filo Pastry. Both of which were so incredible.

Too good to resist takeaways for the long drive home. Triple chocolate muffins, fresh cinnamon donuts, Lemon Meringue Krembo & a second sausage roll did not disappoint or last very long.

Hadn't had rice milk in our coffees before but was a delightful alternative recommended by the chef.

We are not local but will be sure to visit everytime we are in Melbourne.

I will be keeping my eyes peeled for classes because I would love to learn how to make pastry as light and flakey as what I ate at Glazed.

My wife is a coeliac, and only those with such an affliction will appreciate what an absolute joy it is to find a completely GF bakery, they’re rare as hens teeth. The quality of produce can vary considerably too, between different bakeries. However, Glazed did not disappoint in the least. My wife was in her element, like being in an Aladdin’s cave of GF goodies. We came away with several loaves of bread and a blueberry muffin. We were meant to share the muffin, but my wife had inhaled it before I could even take a photo! We cannot rate this place highly enough, even for those without a coeliac condition, you’ll be more than pleasantly surprised at the exceptional taste and experience. The staff were lovely also and couldn’t have been more helpful.

This place is a "WOW" experience for the gluten free or allergy conscious diner. The apple turnover was extremely impressive! Definitely going to be back!

Wonderful food- simply delicious with the added delight of it being gluten free, nut free and vegan. Which is great, if like me, wheat is an issue- but seriously, anyone would love all the food here. Friendly, helpful staff too. A must-visit!!

I'm not gluten or dairy free but this pâtisserie is delicious. Definitely worth the visit. The pastry on the spinach and cheese triangle is crispy and light. The bubblegum Krembo was my favourite. Really impressed. My travel buddy was just so excited that everything in store was safe for her to eat. I'd definitely come back.

We were visiting from the US and our 13 year-old has celiac. Found this place on Google close to where we were staying so we ventured out to try it for breakfast. Service from staff was amazingly friendly. They let us sample some bread and we’ve never had gluten free bread taste and feel so close to normal bread. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. My 13 year loved all the muffins and the apple turnover was delicious and flaky. we also tried the spinach and cheese turnover, Brazilian cheese roll, and French baguette. It was a pleasant surprise for chef to come and greet us personally and asked how we liked everything. We loved everything so much we bought a vanilla lemon cake to bring to a family dinner that evening. Thank you Glazed for such a lovely experience.

Shared a delicious lunch with my family. We were given a taste of the bread and marvelled at its quality. Despite being entirely gluten free the offerings here are incredibly yummy and will suprise many with how similar these foods are to non gluten free options. The spinach rolls are my favourite.
The staff were absolutely lovely as well. It's a pleasure to experience a family run business like this one.
I only wish there was a shop in Sydney.

I had gluten eaters RAVING about this cake and going back for seconds and thirds. During the following week, I had people telling me how amazing the cake was (talking more about the cake than the party). If you need a gluten free cake for your special occasion, this is the place to get it from.

Wow this place is incredible and has changed our life! Finding GF options that taste nice has been really tough but this place was sensational! We couldn’t believe the food was gluten free it taste so good. We especially loved the homemade gluten free/vegan sausage roll, it was the best we have ever had. The owners were so warm and welcoming and made the experience so great. Highly recommend this place!

We travel to go here but it is so worth it. Everything we have tried has us declaring a new favourite.
It is also so lovely to be able to say to my son, “you can pick anything because it is all dairy and gluten free”.
The staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

Always a wide range of exquisite specialty breads, cakes of all sizes and wonderful pastry goods. As good if not better than many non gf products I've had so everyone can enjoy even if they don't have dietary restrictions. Also nut/dairy free and plenty of room to eat in or takeaway.

We have been regular customers at Glazed for over 2 years, and can say that they have been consistent with their products every time.
As a 100% Gluten Free cafe, the quality of their food is like no other, and they are very accomodating to dietary needs.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the owners are very down to earth and passionate about what they do.

We highly recommend visiting Glazed.

Travelling from Newcastle and stumbled across this place on my last day here, honestly the BEST gluten free pastry and food I've ever had (coming from someone with ceoliac). Staff were super lovely and friendly even offered some samples 100% recommend for anyone who is on a gluten free diet and is in search for a good spot for some amazing gluten free goodies!! And definitely worth taking the time and drive to eat here.

In the 5 years I have been gluten free I have never been to such an amazingly friendly place that caters to gluten free. Not only that, everything is made beautifully and there is no such thing as dense bread here! Everything is light, fluffy and soft the way bread should be.

They make amazing coffee as well! I can’t wait to continue coming back for loads of bread. I bought an olive loaf (never in my life have I encountered a gluten free olive loaf, it felt like Christmas) and I forget the name, but they have a Friday special that they bake, a beautiful sweet loaf of bread, recommended for French toast which I am so excited to try out!

I cannot recommend them enough, I was so overwhelmed by the freedom to choose anything in sight, it was truly a tear worthy moment to feel that freedom again.

Thank you to the amazing staff there for being so lovely! After finding out I had never been to a dedicated gluten free place before they were so excited to give me samples and show off how great their breads truly are.

Definitely visit them if you are coeliac/ gluten free.

They also offer pre order options so you can collect your bread all ready to go!

Glazed is a fantastic patisserie. They have continued to serve and create amazing food, I recommend trying everything you can get a chance to.
A massive thank you to Liran and the team for everything they are doing at Glazed, and allowing someone with numerous allergies the ability to walk into a cafe and be certain everything is safe to eat.

Amazing. Hands down the best gluten free bread and pastries. One bite of the bagel and I was crying happy tears (seriously) - it’s been 16 years since I’ve eaten a ‘normal’ bagel and the Glazed GF bagel was spot on - chewy and dense and delicious. I visited again 2 days later to sit down for brunch (great experience) and left with an enormous bag of goodies. The mushroom and potato pastry was a delight- the pastry was flaky and light. The filo covering the cheese and spinach pastry had perfect light layers. The Glaze signature Krembo was really yummy - I had the lemon meringue. My family enjoyed pizza slices and vegan sausage rolls; as well as a lemon gateau, and pyramid chocolate mousse. The Turkish bread tasted just like it should and the texture was perfect. No dry or soggy gf bread here. My apple turnover didn’t disappoint and while I started today with 2 slices of multigrain bread smothered in butter, I’m about to tuck into hotdog rolls.
The cafe has a great atmosphere with comfy furniture. And the staff…. really lovely and helpful (and amazingly kind to a crazy coeliac crying over a bagel). I can’t wait to visit again to try the olive bread. Don’t walk, run… to get yourself incredible gf food. You won’t look back.

We enjoyed a High Tea for a birthday girl who lives with Coeliac disease. It was so lovely to relax knowing she could eat everything safely. And it was delicious! So many of us kept saying ‘I can’t believe this is gluten free’ from the crispy sausage rolls to the stretchy cheese rolls.
The service was excellent and the table looked so pretty with old fashioned tea cups and flowers.
And we were able to take home what we didn’t eat, which made for yummy snacks the next few days.
Go if you can, even if you don’t need the gluten free benefits, the food is delicious.
