McDonald's St Albans

It is in a great location, service was self order and quick. Plenty of parking area. Kids friendly, there is a play area. A lot of space for dine in. There is a drive through for ordering. The entire ordering process was quick and accurate. Halal

Honestly if it wasn't for Brandon's amazing customer service I probably wouldn't come back. But I can definitely say he has changed my opinion about this particular venue for all the right reasons. This guy deserves a pay rise for his exceptional service.

Worst mc I have been too so far. All food cold and been prepared at least 1 hour before. Dumped the food.

Shout out to the manager caitlyn, I can’t go thru drive thru as I have a work Ute & she still served me outside because she couldn’t have anyone come into the store. I could KISS YOU 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Very good, all round. Service, facilities, wait time abd of course the food was as expected. Will not hesitate to return especially when happy to grab a feed without any surprises, quick and easy and tastes the way it did last time round.

Best McDonald's in Melbourne, or should I say, Australia! Food is always fresh and the employees are lovely! Awesome family restaurant.

Did you know that only at a certain time you'd get them for $1.50, any other times they're $2.75..!! I know, right?!?
So make sure u go in the afternoon and get it when they're cheaper.. hehe

Prompt service and clean facility. The cleanest toilets I have seen. To the staff keep the good work going. Well done deserve the 5 stars.

The girl taking our order super nice. The burger were made super fresh. All the order was followed to the tee! Had a great dinner.

Great place to have a quick meal. Staff are very helpfull and know their products. Fries are gluten free and taste good. Plenty of parking available and close to St Albans Market.
