Really good GP practice, one of the best in Kew. It is really family oriented and the staff are helpful and professional, and also accommodating for additional patients to wait in the waiting area. Went to get my COVID boosters and didn’t have to wait long. The person administering the vaccines Kew what to do and how to administer it.
I would recommend this clinic. They also have a pathology and things are done in a nice and timely manner.

Dr Arnot has been my GP for over 15 years

His knowledge , patient care and concern with my well being both medical and mental has been invaluable

Dr Jamie French has been very supportive and accommodating of chronic health conditions and offers understanding and patience for CPTSD. He is a good example of quality private fee practice; Dr French is an asset to general practice.

Finally after almost 11 years in Australia, I feel I can trust my Doctor. I searched alot and I found good reviews for Dr. Sara. she’s a great listener, amazing in details, always passionately explaining the issue and treatments and I totally trust her judgment. 🙏🏻

The Doctors, nurses & staff are professional and very friendly. Dr Michael Conos and Dr Sara Hasan have been our family GPs for many years and we are very happy with both of them. Dr Sara Hasan is a great doctor, very caring and very knowledgeable. She always give the best advice and listened attentively. Our family love them :)

Reception is welcoming and polite. Doctors are very helpful and kind. GP is located in a close area with public transport nearby (bus terminal and tram stops). Would highly recommend.

Have been here a few times with my young son and both the doctors (Dr Olivia and Dr Alan) have been great but recently my son saw Dr Alan Lee again. He was excellent, informative and very helpful and even followed up the next day with more information re: my son. Would highly recommend if you need a comprehensive, caring doctor.

I can highly recommend Dr Jamie French. We have been seeing him as a family for around 10 years and he is a caring, compassionate and highly skilled doctor who takes the time to listen and work towards a solution for both straightforward and complex issues. We travel quite a distance to see him but are happy to do so, as good doctors are hard to find.

Fantastic family friendly medical centre. Very caring and friendly staff. GPs are amazing. Dr French has been our family doctor for many years and I trust him and the clinic with my families health without question.

Dr Olivia Formica has been incredible. Her knowledge of rarer medical conditions such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome has made me feel extremely comfortable after my lifelong GP retired, I could not recommend her enough!

A big thanks to Dr Jamie French and Laura for their exceptional customer service in these Covid-19 times. Once again they have shown us a high level of professional service in the 20 years we have been going to Harp Family Medical.

I spent a year living in Victoria 2015/2016 and Harp family medical was my local gp.
I can't give enough credit and thanks to Dr Jamie French who was the most kindest, empathetic and conscientious doctor I've ever had. I highly recommend this clinic, their friendly receptionists and doctors expertise.

I've been seeing Dr. Ben Webb for 5 years and will continue doing so. He's a compassionate, caring doctor that truly listens to the needs of his patients.

I have found Michael Conos to be an excellent diagnostician. A friend told me that he believes that Michael's diagnostic skill saved his life. It's possible that happened to me. Michael's skilful intervention has been the best I've experienced in my 70 years.

I would highly recommend Dr Jamie French. He listened to me, made a few recommendations and followed up with my results. The first tests showed nothing and he could tell I was in genuine pain and suggested a second test. Some Drs will just take one result and dismiss your concerns.. not Dr French. Very thorough which is lacking in many Drs today.

There are not enough Stars to tick for Dr Sara, she's incredibly knowledgeable and the most caring Dr I've ever had. Thank you HFMC
