Family Dietetics at Therapy Kitchen

Cannot rate this professional business enough. We were referred to Family Dietetics from my daughter's endocrinologist and we have dealt with Dr Brooke Harcourt who has been nothing short of amazing for our family. From our initial consultation to the consultations that followed we have been so impressed with Dr Brooke and her approach to helping our daughter. Since our first appointment we have made so many positive changes with the help of Dr Brooke. She has been patient and understanding to the foods that my daughter likes/dislikes and has helped us around introducing foods in a positive way. The whole experience has been fantastic.
Massive thanks to Mel also who is always so attentive to booking requests and following things up.

Alexia the dietian goes above and beyond to help my child with food allergies. She provides help even outside of our appointments. Definitely recommend Alexia expertise to others looking for help with family dietetics.

I will preface this by saying that I have never felt the urge to leave a negative review about anyone or any service before, but due to such a negative experience with Family Dietetics, I feel compelled to. Communication and response time is extremely poor, bedside manner is atrocious, it has been 4 months and I still have not received a nutrition care plan (which has already been paid for). I honestly wouldn’t bother wasting your time….I wish I didn’t.

I would not recommend family dietetics. very poor at responding to messages and emails. with having. to wait months for a shocking meal plan. communication is very poor
