I trusted these people with my biggest pride and joy and they were nothing short of amazing. I was extremely hesitant given the reviews you see on hear however I can say for a fact that they are not what’s been written about them. I don’t believe the people who complain about the language barrier as I had n issue. In fact they speak better English than I would speaking their language. They invited me to check every time inch of my car before leaving or paying to ensure I was happy. I had a massive make on my car left from a different car wash which I thought I would have to take to a body shop however they advised that they will attempt to remove the mark with the service I had chosen however would call me if I needed to pay more to remove. They removed it easily and did not attempt to overcharge me. Please don’t listen to the people here trying to slander the business. These people are kind and hard working. My partners family always come here and has never had an issue and neither do I! Thank you so much for the wash and I’ll definitely be back!

These guys deserve a much better rating. We’ve used them 4 or 5 times and never been dissapointed. We dropped our car in today after weeks of beach mess and our 2 year old wreaking havoc in the back. When we came back, I was blown away at what a good job they had done. The interior looked brand new. I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years and these guys always do an excellent job and you can tell the effort they put in. Sparkles is a great name for the result they deliver, thanks guys!

My car which was filthy inside and out due to a long road trip came back spotless and looking new!!! I was so happy!! They only take cash which is a bit inconvenient but otherwise this is a great service. Just one thing which probably applies to all car cleaners … it was lucky I checked under the floor mats which are not carpet but rather heavy rubber, because carpet underneath was still damp. If I hadn’t realised I could have ended up with mould🥺

My daughter lost her mum's $5000.00 gold bracelet in our LandCruiser months ago and I turned the car upside down looking for it, couldn't find it. Thought it was gone forever. These guys cleaned our car yesterday and incredibly, when I returned to collect our car, THEY FOUND IT AND IT WAS SITTING IN MY CENTRE CONSUL WAITING FOR ME. INCREDIBLE HONESTY!!

Ive had my car washed a number of times, (always been pleased), decided the other week to have inside done as well. Checked when home, didnt look like it had been touched inside. Rang, no answer. Took it back following week, i was told should have bought it back in 3 days. I had photos and dates of work done 🤔. I dont live close.
Car was done again, no charge. 😊
