HK Shutters

Hong had installed shutters for 2 of our houses. He did a beautiful job, good workmanship. Two years after, we had a break in, lost all the remotes to the shutters. Hong was able to come and reprogramed new remotes for us at a low cost ( our insurance company couldn't get anyone to reprogram new remotes). Another 2 years after, one of the shutters wasn't working. Hong promptly travelled across town, fixed the issue, replaced panels due to wear and tear. Hong was super generous and didn't charge me labour - even though it was way out of warranty and he had travelled a far distance. If you want someone who is reliable and around years after. Hong is your guy!

Highly recommend. I called HK to fix several shutters a few weeks ago and it was done seamlessly. Great comms on when he was able to arrive and upon inspection, clearly explained the issues and expected costs before fixing them. Roller shutters are all fixed and I wouldn't hesitate if I need him in the future. Thank you 🙏

Hong was great - he communicated well, made a scheduled time and arrived early (after confirming it would be OK). He was friendly on arrival, and assessed the problem straight away. He resolved the issue, and only charged for his call out fee as it was a simple fix. His rates were reasonable and he took the time to explain the problem and gave me recommendations to avoid it reoccurring in future. Would happily recommend.

We hired HK to repair some large household shutters that were sticking. Hoang came over within 2 days, quickly identified the problem and got them working again. Great price and great service!
