This store absolutely blew me away! The best pipe and cigar store I have ever been to. Great service, great range of pipes including savinelli, petersen and a good range of house aromatic tobaccos to choose from. Bought 2 sav pipes and some tobacco. I will be back!

Such a great place for all your tobacco products. Being a pipe smoker Alexanders are the go to place for fresh tobacco and a large range of flavours and blends.
I also love a good cigar. Once again Alexanders have the largest walk-in humidor with such a wide selection of Cuban and other styles. Totally recommend them.

I came to check it out from Sydney! It doesn't disappointed me at all! The shop looks pretty cool in the vintage style and they have a LARGE selection for pipe tobaccos! Once I realized the problem I called the store and explained that I had ordered the wrong product. The staff were very helpful and they made sure that the order was corrected. Very prompt response and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.

Visited the store while holidaying in Melbourne, assisted in the purchase of several cigars by Aaron who was polite and extremely helpful to a novice such as myself. I was most appreciative of the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Overheard one of the operators inform a customer who queried opening times that, ”We are a gentleman’s store open gentleman’s hours”. This about sums it up. Will definitely return on my next trip to Melbourne.
