Solar Springs Health Retreat

So welcoming! I really felt at ease and at home from the second I arrived. The space is so beautiful and peaceful. From morning yoga, to healthy food cooked to perfection, mindfulness walks, morning yoga and meditation. I’ve had a lot of work pressure and it was exactly what I needed to reset and feel good again. I wish I’d been able to stay longer. I have already booked in my next longer stay there and invited friends. Such a special place and great energy. Thank you Solar Springs xo

I had been down to Bundanoon a few times before, when I arrived at Solar springs I was pleasantly surprised by its very central but hidden location. The grounds are simply amazing the view from the pool and the dining area overlook the whole valley which I had never seen before. Staff were very accommodating on all levels.

We had such a nice time at Solar Springs Retreat. My girlfriends and I went for a weekend retreat. The property was so calming, and welcoming as to were the lovely staff. Big props to the chefs because the food was amazing, vibrant, filling! The retreat program was relaxed and allowed us to easily choose what to be involved in, and to take time out to enjoy the tranquil property and it's beautiful surrounds.

Everything was as expected and more. Great value for variety of activities, food was amazing and met some lovely ladies. Room was clean and even though it’s old world charm I was there for wellness and it worked . Will definitely go back.

The resort is laid back. Do as much or as little you want. Beauty treatments are wonderful. Meals are delicious. Staff are caring and friendly
