RMA Knoxfield did extensive repairs to my car as part of an insurance claim. They kept me up to date and answered my calls promptly. They were patient, thorough and respectful in explaining the damage and repairs. I feel confident in the work.

Had repairs done after an accident. Good customer service and great repairs, they even cleaned my car for me free of charge. Would like to have been notified about how long it would take and be updated instead of having to keep calling myself. However still 5 stars as I am very impressed.

From the time my car was delivered to the Company I was kept informed all the way. All staff are very polite and friendly. Everything was explained step by step. Nothing was too much trouble.
