Patrick is super professional and considerate! I just wanted a passport photo, but he had taken plenty of photos for me to select and provided different size options for future and other use. Patrick and his team were so patient - due to the group shot being a large group we had to re-schedule twice!! He remained friendly and courteous through out the search for a date we could all make. My mother is very disabled (can't walk, talk or comprehend what is being asked of her) Patrick and Lisa were so compassionate working around mums' issues and I believe this kindness had her responding to them in a way that really shows in the photos.
