I was desperate to see doctor today as i needed medical attention immediately and all the clinics nearby my place were either closed or fully booked. I found that this clinic opens till 10pm so i called and the receptionist and she was so kind and lovely. Even though they were fully booked, she told i could walk in and got the help i needed. My doctor was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. Every single staff in the clinic was so kind and helpful. I am actually very shocked looking at all the reviews, as my first time in the clinic was very smooth and helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Phillipa Rose Wootton for Mirena (IUD) insertions. I have the lowest pain tolerance and everyone was telling me that it’s a painful procedure. I went into the appointment expecting some pain, but the procedure did not hurt at all! Dr. Wootton is so amazing at her job because she cares about her patient. She made a thorough assessment, she answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and she was so gentle. She has specialised so well in this area that I can say she is the best doctor for all your female contraception needs.

The clinic is very busy and there can be a wait sometimes but generally we get in quickly to Dr. Mahani. You should book in advance. He has been our doctor for around 7 years and he is wonderful, caring and attentive.

I'm always surprised by the low ratings given to this medical centre. I saw Dr Danial today and he was the most polite, thorough and empathetic doctor I've ever seen. Each time I have attended, I've had great doctors.

I'd highly recommend this medical centre.

I went to see Dr Aida at Sunshine City Medical Centre after two female friends both recommended her. I have been nothing but pleased with her endeavours of support and medical attention. She really listens to your concerns and takes them seriously. I am so glad that I have found her. She is easily reachable, knowledgeable and thorough in her assessments. I am so happy to have her as my doctor.

Dr Dashana Waval is great and fast with getting patients in and out. A lot of Iranian drs here - all great. However I have been here where I've had to wait 1.5hrs... to avoid this issue I just book Dr Waval and usually only wait 20 mins max (have had almost 10 appointments with her)

Receptionist are nice, always book ahead but sometimes you have to wait due to this clinic being extremely busy. Dr Phillippa and and Dr Miri are very great doctors especially for women. I highly recommend them both.

Had been sick with a bad chesty cough for about a week. Negative rapid and pcr tests. Had a Telehealth appointment with my regular gp (as they refuse to see patients for face to face appointments if they have cold and flu like symptoms). Cost me $101 dollars for a five minute phone call (with a Medicare rebate of only $39 dollars). They recommended the sunshine respiratory clinic if my symptoms worsened or persisted, as they are able to assess both covid positive and negative patients who are presenting with respiratory symptoms. Booked in on a Saturday evening at 5.30pm (for a 6.30pm appointment). Great considering gps are generally booked out for days. Booking process online was easy and straight forward. Arrived ten minutes before my appointment. Called from the car park and was called in and seen straight away. Doctor Troung Do was fantastic. Kind, approachable, explained everything so well. Did a thorough assessment, and prescribed me some steroid medication. Now going back with my little one who has unfortunately caught the same thing. Thank you for the great service !

I was so impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff here. The wait time was reasonable and I was able to get a late appointment which is very convenient for my circumstances.

Dr Aida Karimpour has been my GP for about two years and has done amazing job over the period. she is not also great in diagnosis and treatment, she is a caring and lovely person. I do recommend her.

Needed an after hours PCR test and did a Google search for places near me. Booked an appointment online, drove to Centre, waited in car as directed, doctor did a consult over the phone, saw briefly to check temp, breathing, etc. Nurse then did PCR. Both very friendly and efficient. Called me the next day to do a survey. Called the following day to check on me as result was positive. Had not received text from DHS and the doctor apologized on their behalf and emailed me a copy of the result. Could not fault the service or follow up. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

This review is for the respiratory clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are extremely friendly, very thorough, respectful and thoughtful. I would recommend anyone with respiratory issues to have them addressed at this clinic

I highly recommend Dr. Soolmaz Miri, who is a very patient, understanding, and knowledgable GP in Melbourne. She is very friendly and has a very good bed site manner. Dr. Soolmaz Miri provides great advice without pushing the agenda too far, and is helpful with what is best for me. No matter how many questions you ask her, she is very patient and diligent in addressing them all. I am happy to have her as my GP when I need help with my health.

It was a long wait. Reception staff were polite but could have been more proactive in organising appointment. However, Dr Daniel was amazing. Very professional & thorough. Very genuine in his approach. Would definitely follow-up with him. My 5 stars rating is for Dr Danial.

I have been a patient of Dr Cesar Tan for nearly 18 months now. Yes they are very busy at the clinic but have always been helpful. Dr Tan is a great GP he is caring and thorough. Any concerns are always addressed. Very happy I found Dr Tan.

Had an appt at 4pm Thursday 12th
Turned up on time and was seen immediately.
The Dr was efficient and competent - sorted me out with meds, certificate and performed tests.
The Nurse on duty was awesome - did RAT and PCR tests, and was just lovely in the way she spoke, and professional in the way she worked. She certainly put all the waiting patients at ease, in what can be a stressful time, waiting for tests.

I cannot recommend enough going to this clinic - RESPIRATORY CLINIC NOT GP surgery - if you have Covid or flu symptoms that your GP (like mine) won't see you with.

Nit sure about the other doctors but Dr. Daniel is one of most kind hearted people ive ever met. Best doctor ive had.

Excellent doctors, they spend the time that is needed to care properly for their patients be it 5 minutes or 50 and I understand this is impossible to tell until they see the patient how long they will need - a lovely reception lady explained this to me last time.

This sometimes means you may wait a little to see a doctor. A lot of people still seem to walk in without appointments which I suspect creates waiting times for some of the reviews on here. I just call ahead to make sure I can be seen and book an appointment.

Doctor quality is extremely high, a mix of males, females and honestly is best clinic in the West - which is of course the most important thing and hence the clinic is very very popular - I suggest booking the early AM appointments if possible.

The medical practice is very professional and caring. All my family has been well looked after and very welcome in every visit. Dr Cesar Tan is our family doctor. A very well educated and compassionate medico, always listening and genuenly taking interest in our health.

I have always found the staff to be very friendly and professional either in person or as of late, over the phone. My personal gp is amazing as are the other gp's and nursing staff. The waiting times have been reasonable for over the phone visits. The staff are very accommodating when I need an urgent script or medical certificate when my personal gp isn't there.
All in all, great practice, great service.
