We saw a long queue to enter and thought that was a good sign. We were not wrong. The chocolates are simply delicious and of high quality.

Couldn't ask for better service, I just purchased around 25 items and the lovely staff there even began wrapping it all whilst i was still browsing.
Smooth transaction as always, this is one of the many reasons Haigh's has now become my only stop for Christmas shopping.

Well I didn't get the diamond ear rings for my sweet at Michael Hill but I wasn't so indecisive at Haigh's Chocolates lol. I walked in and out in just a few minutes and managed to quickly pick up both dark and milk chocolate delights and I have to admit, the dark chocolate was just too tempting on the way home. If you like chocolate, and who doesn't, then Haigh’s Chocolate has got it. The staff here is always super friendly.

Kristian and the team are always so friendly, helpful and give fantastic service with a smile. Amazing chocolates and even better staff, can’t beat that!

I love the chocolate from here, they have free samples too for when you are buying which makes it extra special. The shopping windows are so well put together.

Oh lovely! The friendly staff were very helpful and with a smile. Got a free taste of a chocolate, dark chocolate and ginger, delicious! We ended up getting the milk chocolate and caramel. Mmmmm! Yum! Delicious! You must go there!

Just visited Haigh’s for the first time ever and the older sales assistant, I think her name was Sandra or Sandy or Sarah or something, was more than accommodating and so so lovely. I’m not from Melbourne but would definitely travel back to this specific shop just to re experience her customer service.

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful - I was running late and arriving at closing time and they were able to help put some items aside for me in advance. Staff are unbelievably kind and helpful and the chocolates are amazing - as always!

Great service this morning. A hot day in Melbourne, the young man who served me placed my chocolates in a thermo or heat protector type bag. So thoughtful!

Haigh’s is the favourite chocolate of many of my friends. One friend refuses to believe any chocolate could be better than Haigh’s scorched almonds covered in milk chocolate. The assistants in this Haigh’s store are very helpful, volunteering extra bags, both foil and paper. I've been here a few times as it's close to my office. Recommended if you love Haigh’s ❤

Staff are friendly and helpful. Huge selection of chocolates in varying sizes. Taste tests offered. You can buy wrapped chocolates perfect for gifts, as well as special individual chocolates available. I had the Melbourne gin one and it was delicious. Prices are high, but expected for the quality. Easy to reach by public transport, not much parking as is in centre of city. The range is perfect for anyone's chocolate preferences. Highly recommend as a place to get gifts or treat yourself.

Flagship store in centre of Melbourne. Good window disokay. Beautifully presented chocolates in a spotlessly clean store. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff members in the individual chocolate sales section. Delicious chocolates. "Tasting" of new taste combinations offered.

i went here a few weeks ago to buy some gifts for family and friends on a trip, and the staff were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! customer service was great, and the chocolates themselves definitely didn’t disappoint ☺

Very nice staff even in the busy Christmas period. It has a smaller queue than the one in the Block Arcade. Get your customised chocolate box with your favourite ones.

I shop frequently in the Melbourne shops. The attractive presentations in the shops are excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The range of confectionery is huge.

During lockdown Haigh's updated their online shop which is now much easier to navigate. Placing orders and paying were easy. The postal delivery was amazingly fast and the insulation and packaging were excellent resulting in me receiving perfect chocolates. Thanks Haigh's chocolates.

Was here on the 7th, served by Kathryn. I came in with no idea what to get, and intolerances to consider, Kathryn was patient, helpful, and informative whilst guiding me through the selection process, and stayed energetic and engaged throughout the experience. 10/10, this is exactly the kind of person who should be in hospitality! I hope she is as valued and appreciated as she should be! If I had a vote I would give her a raise! My recipient adored the chocolates.

Picked up the family's fix of Haighs today and staff were super friendly and helpful. The prices may be a little higher than other places however for such high quality chocolate I am more than happy to pay.
