Very poor service, no humanity in staff. I tested positive and was isolating in my apartment. As I don’t know anyone near. I called at reception for help. Because I needed some medicine. Lady at Reception put me on hold after I asked for help. I called three times to ask for help. But staff said we can’t help you as we are understaff and can’t leave the building. So disappointed from their behaviour. Reception was closed at 5pm. If they wanted to help they could have go to pharmacy after 5. But clearly they didn’t care.
