My handyman recommended Swan Plumbing Cheltenham, when I needed to buy a small shower base as part of a bathroom upgrade. Product range/quality, staff availability/knowledge/efficiency, care factor, value for money/time make this store a very valuable asset.

I took off one star because of the poor quality of a shower-base I purchased at Swan. This 82.5cm x 82.5cm shower-base appears fine, but it is so fragile, its edges chip at the slightest of bumps.

Have had a great experience with Maddy from Swan plumbing, she has really looked after us, following up on product and her one on one service is amazing 🤩 if you are renovating your bathroom, I would highly recommend.

Terrible service! What I ordered from the floor did not arrive in the same condition as the display models. Bathroom cabinet had a broken sink, the door on one side was ruined and both had to be replaced. Door replacement was done by a hostile person and it is still & never will be aligned properly. Toilet seat is faulty at the back and I have had a plumber here twice re the flush button not functioning. I made a terrible mistake going to this company, and I'm sorry I didn't go to Bunnings for half the price and better quality products! Don't get stung by them as I did - never again!
