We have ordered The Dinnie Mix. Pork ribs, buffalo wings, calamari, and arancini are all very delicious. Friendly service and comfortable environment. Definite will visit again.

A great and beautiful place with a beautiful view of the city to have a great time with the family, calm and pleasant music, and quality and fresh ingredients and a playground for children with good customer service and a variety of drinks and food at affordable prices. ‌ I highly recommend to everyone.

This hotel has a smallish offroad parking area, and it gets busy on weekends. There is a dedicated playing area for children, which can be seen from the tables so parents can keep watch over their kids. Seating at the tables is quite comfortable, and their menu offers a reasonable amount of choices. Food is typical pub quality, with good-sized portions. Because this is a popular pub, it can get a bit noisy inside.

We were in the function room and served by Estelle and Emily. They were very professional and friendly. We with a group of 70 year old people and the ladies were fantastic. The food was great as well. Thank you Doncaster Inn

Thank you so much to the staff at the lunch service today. After we had an order that had a lot of changes, staff were amazing at substituting the meal to suit our nans dietries. After the order than was missing an element they were quick at fixing the issue. They were really apologetic even though we’d had a complicated order to begin with.

Professional and beautifully mannered staff and some of the best hospitality I’ve seen in a long time! Would come back again! Keep it up team! The food was also delicious too!

I drove far to enjoy watching the Matildas take on France in the World Cup with my two young daughters. Unfortunately, we did not book and the lady apologised and said we had to leave as there was no room. As I was thinking where else to go. It started to rain hard. As we left the doors of the Doncaster Hotel, Jai (seems like the Manager of the pub), ran out and told me and my two daughters can stay and that he managed to create a spare table for us to eat on. Kids had the playground while I enjoyed a Parma and watched the big game. Kids certainly enjoyed their kids meals. Great food. THANK YOU JAi !!!!, YOU MADE OUR NIGHT!

It’s always great when you walk into a place and you see friendly, welcoming faces like Jenna, Sandra, John and the other staff. We are always made to feel welcome; the service is great in the bistro, Bobs and the gaming room. The food is awesome. Jenna has been fantastic to us, reserving tables and looking after us. We always look forward to visiting being the regulars that we are. Highly recommended the Donny Inn any day of the week!

The Doncaster is our favourite local.

Its located centrally in Doncaster - easy to catch up with people from Melbourne’s East, West, North and South. Parking is plentiful and free.

The quality of the food is absolutely stellar, the prices are reasonable and the portion sizes generous. In particular the daily roast, the prawn pasta. I’ve heard many say that the Mee Goreng is one of the best 2 or 3 in Melbourne.

I pay special tribute to the executive chef, who does an amazing job leading the kitchen and setting the menu. Always 10/10. He never shouts.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the mood relaxed. If you want sporty or rowdy, the Bob’s Sports Bar has a giant high definition QLED TV.

The service is fast and personalised…. a highlight…even if I say so myself. Staff always have a smile on their face, which is refreshing.

The reason this hotel scores such good reviews is due to the staff and teamwork under the leadership of the GM.

If you’re looking for somewhere nice to catch up with friends or family or go out for a ‘hot date’ with your other half, The Doncaster is a good place to go.

Caesar salad and Beef cheeks, Doncaster hotel recently changed their menu nd it certainly doesn't disappoint!

Would love to come back and try some other menu options that's new.

I've been a patron of this establishment for decades, and the current management and staff have taken this place to a new level. Just a fantastic venue to have a meal, catch up with mates or just drop by for a beer.

Decided to go there as a group if 7 for after work dinner and some drinks. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. I ordered the full rack of ribs and they were cooked perfectly. The meat just fell off the bone and was so tender. The sauce was great and was just the right amount.

The chips were crunchy and fresh and the overall atmosphere of the place was nice.

This is one of my favourite restaurants out of all the suburban hotel restaurants around town. Personal love the kids play area for my kids and their friends. Also includes some arcade games for older kids and us dads :)

The staff are really friendly and always happy and professional. I've been back multiple times with family and friends. The atmosphere is perfect for small and large gatherings and there's a nice spacious outdoor area for those warm sunny days.

As far as Pubs go out in the Suburbs this Pub surprised me . Probably ate here 30 yrs ago
Parking Lot is a little on the small size . Meals were great 👍 👌 & served promptly

Bobs burger was great and filling; introduced to me by staff David who was cheerful and very attentive to my questions.
