Dr Donna is always smiling and welcoming. Very attentive and will follow up all issues of concern. She explains things well and when makes referrals I have been asked by other hospital doctors’who is your doctor, referral is the rat and clearly detailed. We don’t often see this. You have a great doctor ‘ and I agree

Highly recommended. The receptionist (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was so lovely and accommodating for my young son, she ensured I wasn’t waiting to long and had me seen quickly. I was looked after by Doctor Neil and he was fantastic, friendly and listened to my concerns.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The doctor herself (focusing in women's health) was so lovely and friendly. She was very honest when offering advice in my consultation and had my best interest at heart. I am likely to be transferring all information across to Moonee Ponds Medical Centre :)

I must say, wow, the service from the beautiful kind receptionist / front desk and apologies on not getting your name, to the nurse who attended to my daughter, again sorry on not getting your names before we left, one of the most wonderful medical clinics I have attended. The service and treatment we received from the time we checked in to the time we left was second to none. Fantastic job guys we will be back!!

Lovely doctors office with a connected pharmacy to easily collect medication after an appointment if needed. They also have a connected dentist! Overall a very seamless experience for me and my husband who have just immigrated to Australia

The best place for an after hours emergency. My husband cut his hand on Monday. He opened the stitch on Wednesday we rushed here. When were in within 5 minutes he was fixed up and rapped up so he couldn’t move his hand to reopen the stitches again. So nice friendly and excellent work. I highly recommend.

Thank you for taking such great care of me. Nancy was so caring and kind. I always hate going into emergency ‘just to be safe’ and the urgent primary care option was so great. Nancy helped me get all the necessary checks done in record time. I felt like a person not a patient number. Thanks again.

Doctor was really good and didn't judge me for bringing up sensitive issues and also they fully bulk billed me (I'm a concecion card holder) without me asking. Also the clinic has a pharmacy attached to it which is pretty awesome and the pharmacy still accepts cash which is also really good :)

This clinic is a godsend for those emergencies that are not *bad enough* for the hospital emergency yet impossible to get appointments at the regular GP. Spacious reception, reasonable wait times, great facilities. The staff from receptionist, nurse, radiologist, doctor all went above and beyond making the visit a highly positive one for me and my family. Will definitely recommend if you have only heard of this place but have been hesitant to make a visit. When you are in need next and think of them, just pick up the phone and call! They really do meet your need and not perform medical Tai Chi like so many other places. Thanks so much for the excellent care I received for my dislocated ankle yesterday!

Best ever. Instead of frantically calling around to see what GPs are available during an emergency or waiting in long lines at the hospital, we called here… got straight in and had the most amazing service from receptionist, nurse and doctors. They fixed my son up super fast and very very sweet to him. ❤

They treated me and my family so immaculate I can’t be grateful enough. They looked after my daughter for a foot burn and were extremely professional and very caring, from reception to the waiting bed out the back with all the Nurses showing their support. Such a great team can’t thank them enough for being there and their work!

My experience at the medical centre was absolutely incredible. I was welcomed by Nancy at the priority service desk with open arms and she helped calm me and soothe my distress given I had just moved from Queensland, was all on my own and had a pretty bad and deep cut on my palm. Her kind, reassuring and beautiful presence was so needed in that moment. During my time waiting, there were other patients having difficulties and complaints at the reception and all of the staff was so tentative and patient. My nurse, Courtney was also absolutely incredible and so amazing and thoughtful with her care for me and my injury. Would highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be returning- I hope to make this my local clinic now as I’m based in Parkville 🙏🏼

I googled for a doctor and found that this clinic was open late on a Saturday afternoon. I had been unwell since Monday evening with constant nausea, headaches and dizziness. When I hadn’t improved by Thursday I saw my GP who prescribed anti-nausea medication and rest. By Saturday lunchtime I felt worse and was sure that I must have an infection of some sort that needed antibiotics.

When I arrived at the clinic I was told that there were no appointments available (website said walk ins welcome so I thought I might just have a long wait). When the Receptionist saw that I was disappointed, she asked what was wrong. When I explained and said I thought I needed a prescription, she quickly referred my to another frontline staff member who took my details and referred me to the nurse. After the nurse gathered information about my symptoms, she had me wait for a doctor to get further advice. The doctor I saw was wonderful. Personable, empathetic and thorough. I came out with my antibiotic scripts and felt such relief that I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday to get started and be on my way to feeling well again. Also relieved to be able to feel confident that I could return to work as I had already taken four sick days, which made me feel awful but was necessary.

All staff encountered were lovely and I truly appreciated their professionalism, consideration and kindness. I would highly recommend this clinic.

First time visiting the medical centre as we have just moved to the area. Found the waiting room to be clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly, upbeat, and helpful even though they looked quite busy. I saw Dr Sushma after a short 15-20 minute wait. She was fantastic and immediately had my confidence. Overall, a positive first impression.

I recently attended Moonee Ponds Emergency care, where I was greeted by Nancy, and I must say, her warmth and friendliness made my experience less stressful. It's evident that she takes pride in her job and does her best to put patients at ease.
I chuckled with my husband when we first went in how friendly she was, ‘she must be new to the job or just started her shift!’. As we found out later we were wrong, she is well experienced and was nearing the end of a long shift, but the smile and care was still there.

I returned a few days later as I was very worried that my health issue had escalated, although I couldn’t see the doctor, a nurse was able to attend to me. I was very worried what was happening, but Courtney was lovely. She explained things so I could understand, gave me helpful advice and put my mind at ease. Nancy was working again and she managed to get me an appointment with a wonderful doctor the next day (I can’t get an appointment with my regular gp for 2 – 3 weeks!) I walked in highly stressed and walked out reassured.

On my 3rd visit to the same centre to see the gp this time, Nancy noticed I was back, she came over said hello to check in how I was going (not invasive or inappropriate). Once again my stress over this health issue lessened a little just with a friendly smile, light conversation and genuine caring.

My overall experience here was great, the doctor took care of my medical issue, and both Courtney and Nancy assisted and put me at ease.

The Priority Primary Care team were fabulous- from the front desk staff (so kind, friendly and happy) to the wonderful Dr Samar. Your knowledge, efficiency, kindness and approach was second to none. Thanks for making a stressful time less so. I am so grateful a colleague suggested I go to you under the particular circumstances I found myself in. Wonderful service.

Thank you for squeezing me in on a Friday night at 9:15 to stitch up an eye laceration.
Dr Harry was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He could've easily just glued my eye up but he recommended stitches because it wouldve been less risk of it opening back up.

I was pleased to receive exceptional treatment from all staff I dealt with, from reception, to the nurses, to the doctors. I've attended this clinic several times now, and their level of care, attention to detail, and ability to explain my medical situation in an easy to digest way has been excellent each time. I appreciate all the effort that they put in to their work.

Amazing service at priority care. Busy Friday and my son had an xray, seen by a doctor and had his fractured finger splinted all within an hour. I can not rate this place enough. Communication was great right from the beginning, when we were told to expect a wait so we were prepared, but compared to the wait in an emergency room or trying to get an appointment at my GP this place is gold and the staff amazing.
