My family and I have been attending this clinic for 30 yrs. Since Dr. Coulton retired and cut back his clinic hours, we have been seeing Dr. Harsha Sundar the last couple of years; we are extremely happy with his caring, medical knowledge, diagnostic skills and attentiveness. I can’t recommend Dr. Sundar highly enough - he is a wonderful replacement!

I got to know Dr. Dipak Bosamia when he acted as my very elderly aunt's medical practitioner while she was a resident in a local nursing home. I found him to be patient, kind, caring and above all an extremely compassionate practitioner right throughout his attendances on her up to the end of her days. He would personally contact me every time he visited her even when I was travelling overseas. He was also very knowledgeable and reassuring whilst addressing her several medical issues. She placed great trust in him. I could not be happier with his services and would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional and kindly man and physician.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with booking information and details. The nurse is kind and friendly in assisting the registration process. Most importantly, Dr. Dipak Bosamia is very professional and good in finding the real cause of its illness. Thank you Team.

I recently came in with my son who had an upset stomach. Unfortunately he made a bit of a mess. Kerri was an utmost professional in assisting with the clean-up, excellent attitude and very understanding. She is a credit to the business. Highly recommend the clinic.

Thank you to Kelly the nurse for administrating my Covid vaccine on Saturday such a kind and caring person. Chloe and Sarah wonderful receptionist that found an early Covid vaccine appointment for my daughter and fiance without no fuss at all really lovely ladies.

For 15 years the two original medicos have provided outstanding analytical services with empathy. So long as the practice will have me, my health problems are taken care. The practice & new webservice/booking system is outstanding for this near nonogenarian male.

Reception staff are lovely to deal with. Wait times are minimal. Dr Sundar has been great with my family.

I'm a new patient here and am so impressed with the gp I am seeing. She is excellent at diagnosing and appears to have an open mind to learning new things. I wish I'd come here years ago.

Best medical centre

I gave a rating of minimum stars previously based on unpleasant encounters with two very rude doctors. The first rude doctor has left, and I've changed to preferring a different doctor, and the experience is transformed. The very abrasive older doctor is probably quite proficient in areas other than patient communication, because the clinic is very well organised, with helpful, clever reception staff and quick turnarounds with appointments and test results. I'm now in admiration and appreciation of the way things are done here, and am happy with my kind and socially skilled new GP.

The one star review is specifically for Dr Stephen Stowe. My sick, elderly mother has advanced dementia, and as I live interstate, I need the medical professionals who care for her on a daily basis to show some interest in her welfare. Dr Stowe is her treating physician. Unfortunately, on every single occasion that I have had to speak to him regarding my mum's welfare, he has made mention of the impost and inconvenience to himself that would occur. This is not the attitude one hopes to find in the medical profession.

This is my second time visiting this clinic.
I had an appointment booked with Dr Lei. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so judged by a doctor in my entire life. The doctor was constantly looking me up and down and was extremely judgemental regarding my situation. She did not seem at all interested in helping me and I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. My medications listed on the referral written were not even correct. She made no effort whatsoever in managing my case.

The reception staff on the other hand were lovely.

I tried to book at telehealth appointment today at 1-15pm - only appointment available today. I am a nurse working at the Alfred Hospital and am very unwell post booster vaccine. All I wanted was a sick certificate for my time off. So thought I had booked the appointment and the clinic cancelled it. There are no other times today or tomorrow - too late! This is pretty poor for people who are sick and working on the front line!! Well done.

Do not risk your health at this horrendous excuse for a health service. Not only incompetent they are also negligent. The owner of the practice is extremely rude and has zero compassion. I am now unemployed as a direct result of their actions. I will be suing them and hope to see their doors close. Zero stars.
