I am very impressed with the interest and personal care given to patients by Dr Trevor Skinner of MyHealth Glen Waverley Medial Centre. I have spoken with him about an elderly relative who is experiencing elder abuse, and his response was switched on - caring and very human. He did not rush me at all to get rid of me - I am very grateful that my uncle has this particular man as his doctor.

Ivan lam is the best, I highly recommend him, I had really terrible pain in my neck and he did amazing job, all pain gone just in 1 session.

Dr Blesson Abraham is a great Doctor. Always with a happy and relaxing demeanour. Very thorough and professional. The Young Man on Reception was very friendly and polite. Tania P is very friendly,professional and relaxing in our appointments.I have been a patient of hers for some time now.She has helped me immensely

Have been frequenting Myhealth The Glen clinic for the past couple of years. It is easy to access and has lots of parking space. Dr. Blesson Abraham is excellent with his diagnosis and bedside manner. I would like to commend the receptionist (unfortunately I do not know her name but she is the lady that sits on the extreme right of the counter as you enter) who checks people in and makes follow up bookings. She is polite, warm and efficient with a friendly disposition.

My Doctor was on time, pleasant, and proactive. He researched my vaccination status and offered one I was due to receive but was not aware of. Very happy with the outcome.

I see Dr Andrew Harewood on a regular basis due to illnesses I couldn't ask for a more understanding experience doctor who always has time for me and never rushes
He has helped me through three addictive drugs which I'm now free off due to him
All I can say go and see this amazing doctor who is incredibly intelligent and find out for yourself how really amazing he is!
I could go on forever but find out for yourself and make an appointment

Dr Harewood has become my regular Doctor after years of great service advice and professionalism. Really caring and understanding fella who listens and works hard to help me. It's much appreciated I couldn't ask for more from my local GP!!!

My Private GP - Dr Harewood has been nothing short of brilliant with helping with support and guidance with me battling with Type 1 Diabetes and a Compressed Vertebrae Fracture. These physical struggles have effected my Mental Health and Dr Harewood has always been there as a support network. We are both able to have a laugh and chuckle which I feel is an essential part and terrific characteristic of being a successful Doctor. Much appreciated and highly recommend Myhealth to others.

Dr. Skinner is very warm and considerate. He examed and checked out my condition and give me very helpful advices. As his patient, I feel quite relax and satisfied every time I consult him.

I had gone to the facility for getting my dressing removed post Vascular surgery last Thursday. The nurses who did this were very good and removed the dressings with utmost care without causing any discomfort to me. I would certainly recommend this facility to my entire network

I have no idea what these other reviews are referring to when they say this place is horrible - I have never been more comfortable with a health provider, not only with my GP Dr Harewood, but with the receptionists as well. I’ve never been spoken to with anything other than respect, even when I am asking what I believe to be stupid questions. Though I cannot remember many names, I speak to Emily at the front quite frequently and she has always been so kind, whether in person or over the phone , always happy to help with any enquires.
I will admit I have no spoken to any of the other GPs, but please believe me that if you see Dr Harewood, you will not be disappointed.

I have been consulting Dr Luxman since last 9 months,so far it was wonderful experience, Dr Luxman is so kind and helpful during each visit. His help in my early pregnancy is really appreciable, no matter how silly my queries were. I highly recommend Dr Luxman, surely you will not get disappointed. Apart of that reception staff and nurse are also good and helpful.

Very easy and simple to book an appoinment online with your preferred doctor. Great appointment confirmation/reminder service. Nice easy process upon presenting at reception. Excellent consultation and not rushed.

The receptionist is really kind, she called me back to book me in as there was a cancellation. Dr.Andrew is very good and friendly. He checked my 6 months old daughter thoroughly and also sent referrals to hospital immediately. He reminded us about my baby's immunisation upfront.He was happy to answer our questions. Would highly recommend this doc. Clinic is new and fresh . Bulk bill available as well ☺

I have been attending this clinic since it opened and cannot recommend how wonderful a doctor Dr.A.Harewood is. The staff at the reception are lovely and pretty much know me as I have to go there often. They have improved a lot in services over time and in having more Doctor's available. Having a pathology lab inside the clinic makes it extremely helpful when in need to do a blood test. I have also seen Dr Skinner, Dr Patchenko and they are both very helpful and were able to help me. I had been also been to see their dietician earlier and found her really helpful too. When Covid-19 happened, I had to resort to telehealth appointments which was good, although I always prefer face to face. Post Covid-19, the clinic is always clean, sanitised and chairs are spaced apart in line with regulations. I love the friendly reminders of my appointment be it a call the day before or even an SMS. Yes there's been a few times when the SMS's didn't come through, but hey nothing to complain about especially if you book your appointment in your phone calendar. This clinic has been a life saver for me as it's near to me, with ample parking and chemists all nearby. Dr Harewood is amazing and so is the clinic.

My parents highly recommended Dr Luxman for a minor procedure on my toe, really appreciate his professionalism and expertise along with Tiffany the nurse. Highly recommend and really appreciate their help :)

Dr Andrew Harewood is one of the most trusted practitioners I’ve ever met. I have known him for a number of years and he has always gone over and above for my health. He is always punctual and thorough. I have always felt reassured by Doctor Andrew and confident that he has my best interest when it comes to my health and well-being. After seeing the first appointment with Doc Andrew which was very disappointing.
I was impressed with later appointments with the physio. Huge improvements that I must change it to five star, and wish to make it a six.
Seeing the physio for the next few appointments were outstanding. Not only that, receptions were nice and delivered beyond excellent customer service, reminding me appointments the day before.
Well done Myhealth the glen, overall I'm very happy with the experience.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this clinic and staff are! I came into the clinic late Monday afternoon as a walk in, I had been at the shopping centre and suddenly felt really sick and started having horrible pain in my back and flank, I wasn’t a patient of the clinic (I am now)
So I wasn’t sure if I would be seen or not especially given it was the end of the day, as soon as I walked in and asked the receptionist if there was any chance of seeing a doctor and explained my situation, straight away she kindly got the practice nurse to see me, the lovely nurse looked after me so well and went and got the doctor who also treated me so well! I really appreciate how amazing you all treated me, especially the lovely practice nurse and Dr Rick Lowther! Dr Lowther did absolutely everything he could to help me, I am home now and I am feeling a lot better and it’s all thanks to you Dr Lowther. I will definitely be returning to this clinic :)
