Best medical centre! The reception staff are polite and friendly, and the Drs at this practice are exceptional in their profession. I have been seeing the same GP for nearly 20 years, but on one occasion when they were away, I booked in with another GP within this practice. After blood tests that day, I found myself hospitalised that same night, and about 1 week later, the GP phoned to check and see how I was faring. A brilliant personable, empathetic and professional approach is what you’ll receive from the staff at this practice. Highly recommend!

I met Dr Pramita for the first time and she was engaging and thorough. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. I'm very happy to request that my medical records be sent across to this practice.

I have been seeing doctors at the practice for many years. I recently saw Dr John Wong. He is very thorough, personable and gives you time to ask and answer questions without feeling silly. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work.

Parking was easy. Centre was easy to get too. Receptionists was friendly. And above all Dr Shinta provided amazing consultation that is specific to my 6 year old. She will be our new family Dr from now on.

A great medical practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. They go beyond to look after you and provide the highest standard of care. My doctor, Dr Judith Riseley takes time with you, is very thorough and cares about her patients.

Really happy with the service provided by Dr Wong, he really took his time to listen and understand me as a patient. Everyone there was running on time and made the experience even more pleasant

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Shinta Tjandra performed her duties excellently, and I was touched by the way she treated me. I haven't had good experiences with past doctors, but I am now a happy patient with great results. Sometimes I can be slow in processing new information, but she was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. She even printed out notes for me. Additionally, she stayed late to work on issues that I have been dealing with for the past 20 years. Thank you for your time and dedication, Dr. Tjandra! Podiatrist Aditi Bassi has always been excellent and this time, it was exceptional too.

What I have learnt, is That it is not a problem to wait, especially as the personal treatment that I’ve gotten of the years has been nothing but exemplary. I used to Wonder why the doctor took so long. Well, I found out why When I was in the position where I needed her time. The staff are all incredibly polite, courteous and helpful…. I think I struck a great surgery. 30 years plus now …

Judith ticks every box for what is required when you are seeking medical or mental health assistance. .
Brilliant at her trade she is also extremely personable, quick witted and has an appealing sense of humour.
A patient listener she always takes all the time you need.
Having been in the area for many years she has a wide knowledge of the best specialists and surgeons if required.
The rest of her team come highly recommended and the admin staff always display patience and understanding.

MAY 2024. I am still attending this clinic when i need health care. I still consider all the staff here to be caring, knowledgable, friendly and professional.

May 2023. I have my GP I usually see here, but continue to think highly of all the doctors I have seen in this clinic.

( Previous review) I have been attending this clinic for several years, and am always made to feel welcome . Even if the receptionists are very busy, they are always friendly, pleasant, patient and polite, whether on the phone or face to face.

I am really happy with the care and knowledge provided by my GP here. If for some reason I have needed to see a different doctor at the clinic, I have found the same care and professionalism as provided by my regular doctor.

I regularly see Dr Banerjee, who is always incredibly thorough and helpful with any and all medical issues and queries I may have. The reception staff are also wonderful and helpful. I continue to come to Waverley GP even though I have moved to the west because it’s the best general practice I’ve ever attended.

Our family have been coming here since we first moved into Glen Waverley 8 years ago. Doctors and nurses are very caring and professional. Recently did a couple of physio sessions with Jane Lee and it was great. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Her sessions were very personalised and she understood my needs.
