For a number of years, Mr Ben and Dr Tina Boon have provided my husband and I and many family members with outstanding medical assistance and support. The customer service provided is second to none. We are very fortunate and very grateful to both of them. :)

Dr Boon is arrogant, dismissive and unwilling to listen to her patients when they voice their concerns. Her "receptionist" ben is highly inappropriate - discussing patient details in clear ear shot of other patients and discusses intimate details of patients with other patients who happen to be family members.

Tina is absolutely woefully uneducated, and arrogantly insistent on her correctness, despite her knowledge of mental health being horrifyingly inadequate.

I have ADHD and despite years of me showing explicit symptoms, and able to identify myself these issues - she is opted to refer me for depression and prescribed Effexor which gave me debilitating side effects for over half a decade.

This woman has no business treating ANYTHING other than a sprained ankle yet she is happy to charge through the nose to send her kids to private school but hasn't shown up to an appointment on time in over 2 decades.

This is a woman whose sole priority is making money and gaining clients. If you need real medical care, don't come here. If you need someone empathetic and sympathetic, don't come here. If you need someone who is knowledgeable about medical care or health, don't come here.

If you need a flu shot or every flavour of anti depressant the moment you walk in the door, try literally anywhere else, and if they're all not available and you desperately need to see a dr, go to the emergency department.

Could not recommend less. Unprofessional, uneducated, and unwilling to listen to her patients. Dr Tina Geok Tin Boon needs to retire before she does any more damage to the community.

I was told they are not taking on any new patients. Even with a renal specialist recommendation to see Dr Tina Boon as my GP for ongoing issues. Very Disappointed.
