Living in Clayton myself, this is my go to for Japanese. Rice dishes are fantastic and reasonably priced. The owner/ chef who remains stone faced makes me feel like I'm back in Tokyo

Had the sashimi & tempura bento with a bottle of lemon tea from the fridge, food was fresh, tasty and served with a smile. Fantastic serving size for $20 all up, outside seating was comfortable and bright without being in direct sun at lunch. I’ll be returning!

fantastic food as much and always have great service. but unfortunately no public toilets so have to go to the public ones

I came to Jyu Jyu Japanese Take Away in Clayton, on a Wednesday afternoon, for some Japanese lunch. I ordered the Niku Udon; it was served quickly and was very delicious. Thank you Jyu Jyu for the yummy Japanese food!

Best Japanese in Melbourne I love the terriyaki Salmon and Takoyaki balls are fantastic always tastes fresh and makes you feel good afterwards. Would definitely recommend!!

I recently left some paperwork accidentally in the shop, and the owners came running out and chased me for 50m to return it back. Super polite and genuine.

I came at a weird time of 3:30pm on a Sunday. Boss man looked dead but still served nice tasting food. Food is also good value for money.

Great food, great service, great place, fair prices, local. Everything that I expect from a great Japanese restaurants. The bento is awesome, one of the best that I've ever had.

Good taste, reasonable price

Pretty good taste, pretty great prices.
Bento boxes are better value than rice bowls.
The dim sims seem to be cooked from frozen (not hand made) but still taste good.
