I came into this outlet to return some lingerie I had purchased my now ex partner for Christmas but unfortunately she stomped on my heart before I was able to give them to her. I was nervous to come in as I felt really embarrassed about what had transpired but when I was met with the beautiful brown eyes of a young man those nerves went away. I explained my story and after a long interaction with the male my faith in future relationships was restored, he wasn’t able to do the refund as I myself had tried them on out of curiosity but never the less the interaction was all I needed to get through what was a very dark chapter in my life. As I exited the store I had a moment of realisation as I rudely hadn’t asked the bright eyed gentleman his name, as I turned and asked he simply said “I shop at Coles mate”

Been to this outlet a few times now with my partner and we both found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they help my partner with fitting and selection but made us both feel very comfortable to take the time to find some really great bargains. Highly recommended.
