Justin.. most un mannered person we mate.
Our real estate agent suggested this cleaning services as their preferable service. My husband and I have maintained the apartment in really really great condition, we also sent all pictures to Justin to make sure we dont get fooled. He barely speak English, The one thing he keep saying is " THe apartment is really really bad " without even inspecting the apartment. He charged us AUD 50 extra which was okay but he tried to make us look back.

Justin is a very doge person! I tried him pictures about my 2 bedroom apartment. He told us $450 on the phone including unpack the furnitures for us.
But when he arrives, he keep saying bad things and increase the price from $450 to $650 dollars. Worse than that, he is not helping to move furniture at all. And
he asked me and my roommate to do it.

Everything didn’t wipe and clean, floor didn’t mop and coast 600 dollars ?! We call them back to check again and they said we have too high clean level??and said because this is old house can’t really clean if we want to live clean house need to find new house??? Even I show him the cupboards have oily spots and he said the stain was we did??? How this cleaning company so terrible???
