Susan and the team at Moreland Post office are amazing in customer service and overall experience that I come here even though I live in Preston and have a post office five minutes from my house but honestly dont like the service there at all. Not to mention this post office has lovely stamps, coins, cards and even magazines. Items I enjoy buying!

Staff are really kind and friendly whenever I come to collect parcels. Much better experience and far less hectic than the other post office in Coburg.

I don’t typically review Australia Post stores but I find this one really competent. Staff are friendly and they can clear a long que quickly. Will be my go to post store.

I go here regularly for postal services and banking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. I sometimes wish they were open until 5:30PM or 6PM on weekdays so I don't have to go to a farther away post office at those times.

The lady with the glasses is absolutely lovely and very friendly and charges me fairly for items that are 1 - 3 grams over The staff try to cope with the busy times as to be expected and do their best
