Our garage door collapsed on Friday night around 8:50 pm. He took a post 9 PM call, agreed to a early 9 AM appointment and was at our door at 8:50 AM - very well equipped and dressed.

He studied the issues, provided us the description, professionally completed the fix in quick time at a highly competitive price. He also provided some much needed servicing of all mechanical linkages and moving parts - all inclusive.

I would recommend him to anyone having any kind of garage door issues- Big or Small.

Got a garage door opener installed on a tilt door. This was a retrofit on an old garage. Head room above the door was very low and Sarath installed with extreme care and precision. Some other people had quoted special guide rail etc. at much higher extra cost.Very happy with the install, service with patience, never rushing to finish the job. Tidyied up perfectly after the job. Accidentally reversed into garage door which pretty much destroyed it….but AGDG came into the rescue. I have been having issue with my garage door for a few months. It finally stop working. Found this company online with over 200 reviews, surprisingly no single negative comment. I decided to give it a try. Sarath came on time and after an inspection, not like other garage companies who had advised it couldn't be fixed and needed to replace with a new door. Sarath said the damage was fixable. After an hour and half, I was called into the garage, the door started working again! Sarath also did service on the door. Sarath had demonstrated a good workmanship and charged reasonable price. I am now one of his happy customers. I will definitely let him to do the yearly service from now on.

Amazing service. I hit my garage door while it was not completed opened and it was then stuck half way and cannot be open or closed. Called Sarah on the Sunday morning and sent over a few pics, he provided the most competitive quote among the three garage repairers I called. When our garage door ‘died’ in the down position on a long weekend, leaving our car trapped inside, I didn’t know who to call. I contacted a major roller door franchise but waited in vain for a response. A friend who had employed Sarath Jai previously was so pleased with his work that he recommended that I call him. I did. He came the very next day and worked so hard and professionally until the work was done. It was a two hour job and his charges were extremely fair and reasonable. I was so pleased that I asked him to give this old door a complete service. I was absolutely happy to pay him extra for that further work. I would recommend him highly to anyone!!
