Came here on recommendation for a basic swap n go gas and was greeted by 2 lovely people to see what I needed. I mentioned being new to the area and was welcomed via introduction.
Kim asked a couple of questions and followed up with "we're always happy to help and give you advice...anytime"
I left here knowing this buisness would have my return custom very soon.

Could learn a LOT about how to speak to customers….if that’s management, terrible example to junior staff, and a revolting lack of insight as to what customer service is anywhere, but even more so in Violet Town
There is NOT a ‘drive through’ set up, never has been, nor is there ANY new signage regarding a change of arrangements/introduction of said ‘drive through’
Both sides of the driveway have ALWAYS been used, primarily as a queue in each direction
Nobody was blocked today
Not a single car
Bellowing at a customer because you believed this to be the case, from the other end of the yard, VERY rudely, and without bothering to move yourself TO the area to confirm and/or clarify, is NOT what is in keeping with business in Violet Town
Utterly. Totally. Disgusted.
