Awful Haworth Fern experience.

Initially, chair arrived with lifting problems.

Subsequently, endured persistent lower back discomfort within two weeks of usage.

Adding to the dissatisfaction, encountered abysmal customer service from Mohit.

Despite being marketed as a ‘premium product,’ it falls short in both quality and service.

Recommendation: Steer clear.

Absolutely the single worst place of business I have ever dealt with.
I have called and called and called these people for months on end without a single call back.
Too bad google don’t have a minus 100 star to give.

Zero stars, I am writing the review for dishonest business model from this company. The FERN chair is prices twice at Haworth official website than officeworks. Upon enquiry they revealed they have a 'promo' going on and offered to match officeworks price. This promo is no where on website and it still displays full price.
Unethical and wrong!
