Nice stroll to the top with the 8 month old. Took us a little while longer then estimated which is cool, maybe 3.5 hours return as we chilled out a bit at the top. Had our hip carrier for our kiddo, to be fair we could have pushed pram up the first 1 hour of the trip, be mindful if you would like to have decent wheels on your pram. the last 20 or so minutes would have required being pram-less so could park it up as is stairs/decent rocky path up. If not feeling trusting could pack a bicycle chain and leave at the bottom. Breathtaking views,

This car park has long drops for toilets but they have always had enough loo paper and clean.
The car park would fill up during the busy season, so best to get their early if possible. It is the starting point for a few hikes and it has one picnic table.

This car park is the setting of point for several hikes. I recommend hiking to the top for the view.

Highly recommend if you want to park your vehicle to have a crack at parking it here. The only improvement could be free nachos or hotdogs on arrival, a car detail and maybe a drive-in theatre.

The walk to sealers cove starting from this carpark is amazing! Forest, rainforest, swamps, the cove itself! A must if you are in Wilson promontory and have enough energy for the 20km back and forth (or 10km if you stay overnight at sealers, but check the high tide times)

Stunning drive up to the top and the views from the car park are also stunning. Great point to start lots of different walks.

Can be a busy little car park as it's the starting point for majority of the Southern hikes in the Prom and also Mt. Oberon. In peak times a shuttle bus runs from Tidal River carpark and the overnight hikers carpark. The bus runs quite regularly but the times can vary. Times are posted at both the aforementioned carparks.

Small car park. Fills up quickly during popular times of the year. Limited parking further down the road - there's a shuttle bus operating from Tidal River during peak periods.

A free shuttle bus operates between Tidal River and Telegraph Saddle during the summer and Easter school holidays and on weekends from November to April. Departure points include the Tidal River Visitor Centre carpark, the overnight hikers carpark (Tidal River) and Telegraph Saddle carpark.

A timetable is posted at all departure locations and the Tidal River Visitor Centre. Telegraph Saddle carpark is closed to vehicle access when the shuttle bus is in operation.

After returning from overnight camping the bus pulled up and the driver got all backpacker's bags out of storage and those returning to the base with bags loaded them up. The car park was full of more people than the bus would allow but the driver made sure all backpackers with their bags loaded got priority on the bus, even removing several day-trippers to make room which was a huge relief after carrying our backpacks for three days.

Great place to go Wilson's Prom. If you go it costs nothing on a day visit. There is camping tent or carvan well organized and a store to buy somethings.
