Massive range of LPs, knowledgeable staff and a really cool space to browse for hours. Their website has even more. Lots of hard-to-find imports and re-pressings. Probably my favourite record store in Melbourne.

Amazing selection of vinyl records. I was able to get some hard to get Tori Amos singles and 12 inc . I ordered on line. They kept me in the loop and posted on time. Probably the best record store in Australia... Massive selection of vinyl to choose from, many of those being rare/limited pressings. The vinyl I just bought was shipped the next day and delivered the day after that. You will always receive your vinyl with an outer protective sleeve and inner anti-static sleeve, a very nice gesture!

I live in a regional area so buying online is the only real option for me. I'm always dubious about buying records online due to poorly packaged items, but Discrepancy have proven time and time again that their shipping methods are 1st class.

Not only a huge selection of records to choose from at reasonable prices, but also my go-to shop for plastic sleeves, anti-static inner sleeves, cleaning solutions, tips and advice, interesting articles/blogs and storage ideas.
Records are posted in super rigid cardboard packaging and I've never been disappointed with my purchases.

I'll happily spend my money with these guys and recommend them to other collectors.... they know their stuff and a damn good at what they do.

Excellent Melbourne site with a great range of records for sale. Found a hard to get record for my wife and ordered it on the weekend. By Friday it was playing on my turntable. Excellent packaging and service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a Record Store Day release as a Christmas gift, so I was a little bit worried about it getting damaged in transit. I needn't have been. They showed up in perfect condition, largely thanks to the brilliant way they were packaged by Discrepancy Records. Plenty of cardboard around them to absorb knocks and individual plastic sleeves for each of the two records I ordered. I've purchased vinyl online from quite a few different places and this is the best experience I've had without question. Highly recommended!

Easy to order and arrived in reasonable time and well packed. I have tried other record distribution companies but are often disappointed as although they say they have the record I want I often get after ordering not available and can take several weeks to be notified and refund processed.
Discrepancy Records have always delivered what promise to me and seem to be able to source the less available records.

They have such a great catalogue of hard to find LP's, I found one I couldn't find anywhere else. It shipped a lot quicker than they initially estimated too. They even included a vinyl outer sleeve and a high quality anti static inner sleeve for free. Can't recommend enough! #purevinyl

Had a great experience ordering from here. Got a rare record I was looking for forever and they finally stocked it. Great price and the vinyl came in immaculate condition!
