An amazing gym that offers state of the art facilities and equipment that makes working out extremely enjoyable. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and are willing to give a helping hand whenever you need. It truely is the best gym chain in Australia, 10/10 for sure :))

This gym is amazing the staff on make it a real enjoyable experience to train in. They create such a sense of community and warmth with members by showing a genuine interest in us. One of the best gym and some of the best staff members out there! Would highly recommend this to all my friends

I think this gym is one of the best places to be in when you want to workout and feel well treated. Every single person is very helpful and personal trainers are always willing to give some advice of needed. That's well deserved 5 stars!!!

Club Lime is a chain of 24/7 fitness centres that offer not just fantastic pieces of equipment to train on (some pieces you just don't find at other 24/7 gyms), but the centres are always kept immaculately clean and tidy at all times and the staff and trainers are very friendly.

Today at the Forest Hills location they took it to another level for me. I was struggling a bit to update my details online and the lovely Georgia at reception went above and beyond great customer service to help me out.

This is genuinely the best gym I’ve used in my years of training. Super affordable, immaculate condition equipment, very clean, the members are very considerate, kind and hygienic, and the staff are friendly and respectful! The music is neutral for all and plenty of equipment still free during peak times, couldn’t rate high enough!

Well equipped, friendly staff, so handy to have 24hr access. Rarely need to wait for equipment to be free when I train in the mornings

My husband (Nick) and I have been members at Fit N Fast Forest Hill for just over 6 months now. We love this gym. We attend the classes most weeknights and Saturday morning. We cannot fault the staff (Sophie, James & Katrina) who run the classes. They are always friendly, encouraging and there is always variety at the classes. We always leave the gym happy.

Best gym I've ever been to!!

The staff are friendly, not in that creepy way like I have previously experienced at other gyms.

There is a good range of different kinds of gym equipment and exercises you can do regardless of if you want to do a dedicated cardio or weights session.

Every time I have been there the gym is always tidy, equipment is where it should be and all in working order.

Hey guys check out Fit and Fast at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre! I’ve been going there since May 2018 and love it! The staff are all really friendly and will help you out if you need it. Their PTs are awesome and so you should give it a go! So cheap and affordable I could no longer make excuses to stay away. It’s also a great way to make friends and I’ve made plenty! There is plenty of equipment and machines and an upstairs area for those who don’t want to go to the heavy weights area.

I have been working at this gym now for over 2 years and I love it.
I have been in the industry now for over 16 years and have few gyms that I actually feel like I'm at home.
Coming here everyday is great and I love the vibe the management, The equipment actually gets fixed if ever broken in little to no time and I enjoy speaking to all who are willing to learn.

Manager Grace was amazingly helpful and informative. Extremely smooth process to get a membership, all electronic and easy to access and use. Gym was also very clean and tidy when I visited.

Great music, great facilities & great staff! Everyone's friendly, supportive and encouraging during and outside Qmax sessions. James, Kat, Sophie, Anthony & other trainers are easy to approach and talk to, and they provide great feedback for improving fitness & health! Highly recommend this gym :)

I have been training at gyms for a couple of years now and Fitnfast Forest Hill far outweighs my experience at previous gyms. It has a great environment and community feel, friendly staff and knowledgeable fitness trainers. Highly recommend. 5/5
