Petstock Chadstone (Holmesglen)

We were at bunnings picking something up while I was waiting with the dogs and we spontaneously decided to wash them pups..

We didn't know how it worked so we went to the counter to ask, the super smiley enthusiastic team were happy to explain everything to us.

The DIY dog wash was kind of fun, nowhere to wash your hands after but if you're fast enough you can use the dog wash before drying and then use the paper towel provided.

After washing the dog's we were able to walk around the store with them buying what we needed, the staff were really good, they didn't get in our faces while we were looking but they were very happy to come help when we did need them.

Great customer service, for a smaller store jt is well set out too.

No treats for the good pups going through the scary wash though 😞

Great staff, always have what I need

Very happy with the grooming service! Our dog gets groomed here every 6-8 weeks, he always comes home looking very cute, neat and fluffy. They take very good care of him here.

The retail store has a huge range of pet products and staff are always very happy to help. We also attended puppy school here, it was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

I visited the store to get my aquarium water tested. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I like how they are not sales oriented and didn't try to sell me different items in fact they helped me in saving my fishes.

Overpriced except when the sale is on, then you can really score a great bargain. Price aside, the manager is legendary with his customer care and the other staff members are avid animal lovers too. I can attest to this as our family cat came from this place and the adoption process was stringent. These people care and when you are a pet shop this totally matters. Go here for most of your pet needs, and the best heartfelt pet advice.

Great range of products available, and never any issues with items being out of stock. Sales assistants are very polite and helpful, rewards system is good too. Would gladly recommend this store for your pet supply needs.

I've been twice to the store in Chadstone and know that i'll definitely be a repeat loyal customer from now on..Both times I have had the pleasure to be served by Leigh. The amount of knowledge he has with helping me purchase my freshwater fish was astonishing! Not only that, you can genuinely tell how much he cares for the fish and how amazingly well kept the fish tanks were under his care. He also helped me a great deal with providing me information about the fish and the food products i purchased! Just today even though the store was full of customers, Leigh had no issues with being under pressure to help (all the while still smiling) and the cutomers would happily wait for their turn to be served because they knew that they would be receiving great service! Real top bloke! :) the prices and the range are also great! I will absolutely recommend my fellow pet owners to go to Pet Stock when the opportunity arises!:) keep up the great work and I praise Leigh for his genuine great service!

Always the best service, staff are so knowledgeable, great discounts. Today one of the lovely girls (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) helped me to take my stuff to the car! So very appreciated. Thanks a lot!!

Great customer service here. The dogs always seem to love their treat recommendations.

I have my Golden Retriever groomed here every 6 weeks or so (Daniel Andrews permitting anyway). She always comes out looking fabulous, and judging by her reaction when she sees the doors of the centre (cant wait to get inside the shop) I reckon she enjoys it too!

The staff are awesome and sooo friendly. They know their gear and are ready to help and listen.

Excellent customer service

It's rare to receive friendly customer service these days, but not at my local Pet Stock store!
Matt took the time to really help me with advice for our rescue dog. Actually all the staff there have always given top notch service and that certainly deserves a positive review!

Always love this Petstock location.

Absolute nightmare to find parking at Chadstone, but worth it for the friendly customer service and attentive team.
