Kristy was the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff member I have ever met. They were very helpful and would explain every part of the shoe and how it suited me. We found a pair of shoes that were incredibly comfortable and were a perfect fit. If you ever want to look for a pair of shoes, Kristy is your person.

Bought a new pair of runners today. I actually didn't intend on purchasing just yet, however Sophie took me through the foot scanner, helped to try on various brands/models, explained to me what shoes might be suitable (and why). Sophie provided an excellent experience and exceptional customer service, so I decided to purchase there and then (without any sales pressure). Well done Sophie on your knowledge, attitude and service.

My daughter and I visited this store today to buy a pair of shoes, for her "hard to fit " foot. My daughter already had a couple pair of runners but none of them make her comfortable. We made an appointment for the foot photograph and analysis. Thomas greeted us and run the test. He had an extensive knowledge of feet, the hard to fit foot, and was very patient. Can't speak highly enough about this young man and highly recommend his good job!

Mom recently got fitted with a pair of shoes. Mom is age 90 and has some problem with her feet. Mom is very happy with her purchase. We would like to thank Ruby for her help and for being so courteous and professional

I attended this store today to assist my daughter to buy a pair of shoes, for her "hard to fit " foot. My daughter also uses orthotics which makes this process more difficult than normal. We were greeted by an extremely friendly sales assistant called "Ruby". Ruby was brilliant. She had an extensive knowledge of feet, the hard to fit foot, and of her own stock. She presented a number of options that would cater for my daughter's needs and pleasantly went about the task of finding my daughter, the ultimate pair of shoes for fit, comfort and support. Can't speak highly enough about this young woman and my daughter is thrilled.

Awesome store! The guys there were super helpful and very accommodating. We bought a pair of runners for my daughter and they measured her feet with a quiet futuristic scanner and taken a video footage of how she placed her feet while walking in slow motion. I was very impressed to say the least. Highly recommend Athlete's Foot stores and especially the one in Forrest Hill. 👍

Purchased a pair of shoes from Jesse, he was super helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. He didn't try to up-sell anything to me I didn't want or was out of my budget either. He was really friendly and went above and beyond servicing what I was after. The shopping experience with Jesse was really enjoyable and I will definitely be going back in the future and hopefully he is there to provide the same excellent service.

Purchased new school shoes and runners for both kids here today. Outstanding customer service provided by Thomas and his colleague. Both were extremely knowledgeable about their products including understanding kids orthotics. In addition to that they communicated very professionally explaining the reason behind their suggestions. They also were able to patiently handle 2 teenage kids!!! Thank-you!

Staff always friendly and great fitting/service. Definitely the place to come if you want to get the right shoes to suit your individual running form.

Extremely tentative staff who are well educated in their field & on each product available. Staff will match the customer with an appropriate shoe for their needs in the price range needed and are honest if that request is available elsewhere or not available at all.
They stock a good variety of sports shoes for a store that's not huge. Friendly and helpful.

I dragged my slightly sore feet in here, looking for good supportive shoes. I was hoping to avoid seeing the doctor, and fresh shoes have done the trick in the past. But I got served by a trainee. Horrors, the one day I need an expert! He took me through the fitting, and used the machine that analyses gait. That part went fine. Then he brought out a range of shoes to try. That part went fine. Then he gave me a few pointers about choosing between mesh and leather. Told me how to lace shoes. Discussed the French election for a bit. Then he didn't make me buy the most expensive shoes. So, I went away quite happy. Nice work, Jake, and whoever is training you.

Great experience, want to thank Damian for his help in finding right shoes for my troublesome feet, he took a lot of time to see how i walked, what shoe features i needed, selection of shoes, then talked about the suitability of the shoe. Not pressure tactics and 10% off because recommended by podiatrist. This is how all customer service should work.

Me and my boys visited this shop earlier today to find shoes with good arch support. Ellena gave us the most wonderful service possible. She had the boys' feet examined with a fancy machine (which they found quite interesting), and then brought them each several pairs to try on. She even taught them a specific way to tie shoe laces for ankle support. Unfortunately the best fitting shoes for one of the boys is only available at the store in white colour...(which i am afraid won't survive their ways of playing very well :P) so we have to purchase online where more colours are available. Ellena was very understanding and supportive about this, she even wrote down the product details for us. We finally bought the shoes online at The Athelet's Foot. I hope in the future, there will be a way through which such purchases could be credited to the staff who helped with the purchase decision in-store. Would that be a good idea, The Athlete's Foot?

We were assisted by Ellena to choose a pair of support insoles for some work boots. Ellena was extremely helpful particularly as my boyfriend is currently disabled and requires support in some tasks such as lacing shoes. We enjoyed joking with her about writing a good Google review and little did she know we were serious. Our only regret is that we couldn't give her more than 5 stars.

Fantastic help by Damian. He was knowledgeable, thorough and did everything he could to ensure my foot was fitted correctly. Can recommend the service at forest hill, very good!

Always helpful staffs. Pay $20 more here for a pair (Vs. online) cos i know i can come back for a refund and that i'm confident with the shoes/boots size (fitting).
