I have been to see Robert various times over the past few years for my nephews bike, I cannot recommend him enough for his good heart and awesome service…. During one of our needed services, We did not have a vehicle that was big enough to carry my nephews bike, and Robert was kind enough to even pick up service and then deliver back a bike for us at no extra cost, I am grateful and will always go to him for all of our bike repairs and services.

Went to get a tube and some pedals replaced. Really fast service, variety of options to choose from. Knowledgeable, friendly and good prices. Will definitely go back.

The best experience i have ever had, they were really courteous to get the bikes from the entrance made us feel home , serviced the bikes , put the trainers wheels on got the brakes fixed and for very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your exceptional service

Nice people, helped me with my custom ebike repairs, and really helped me out quick. Knowledgeable Mechanic who will take care of all bicycle needs and will service not only manufacture built ebikes but also custom electric bikes (conversion kits) will definitely be back as they provide a fast service at very good prices, they also stock all your bicycle accessories. Also best decision i made was getting a new tire and tube fitted, i feel as if this is the longest i have gone without a flat and i dont ride with care so definitely will keep in mind once i begin getting frequent flats again. Thanks again guys

We were looking for a bike as a Christmas gift. We gave Dean all of the requirements (bike, helmet, lights, stand and lock) and he packaged up a great deal which absolutely hit the brief. Thanks to Dean and the team for the great service, pricing and product options.

Amazing service walked in and the bike mechanic there was genuine helped me out telling me what it needs done and done a few things out of his generosity out of helping a fellow biker

Great customer service with an issue i was having with my bike, highly recommend these guys.

The store employee (Angela) really took the time to educate me on the structure and function of different bikes. Angela allowed me to get a taste of the bike by riding it around and determining if this is something that works for me. Their level of assistance and service was outstanding.
Also, the bicycle is very comfortable and safe to ride. So far, very happy with it.

Affordable service. The bikes took some time to finish (3-4 days) not sure this is the standards though but I serviced 5 bikes.

Fantastic service and turnaround from the guys at Bike City Warehouse. Bought a second hand road bike and took it to these guys for servicing and they've done a really solid job with a really quick turnaround. They got the bike ready for 100k Around the Bay and during the event I didn't have the slightest issues and I had the confidence that the bike will be able to keep up. Can't recommend these guys enough, no-nonsense and just value for your money!

Service is outstanding. I had a small issue with the brake on the bike that I purchased 2 years ago and they fixed it for free. Great service and some cool bikes and retro gear.

What a great experience I had at this store. Ash, the bicycle mechanic, saw me straight away and I explained the 2 issues I had with my eBike. He had the part in stock and fitted it quickly and on the spot. After what I'd been through with the original bicycle store where I purchased the bike, dealing with Ash restored my faith in bicycle mechanics. Well done Ash, I can't thank you enough.
