Place is nice and clean.

I was very glad when I noticed that they offered spinal decompression at the clinic.

So I got on the phone and made an appointment on the spot it was quick and easy.

Upon my arrival I was greated and checked in prepared with an email check list all done and filled out ready to go.

Dr Hayden sat down and went through my history and started to craft up a plan, got xrays sorted on site, no need to travel which is a bonus.

Found the spinal traction machine very beneficial for my first visit and Dr Hayden was able to diagnose my body's needs and got straight into some corrects and adjustments.

Looking forward to going back and progressing with my path back to good health.

Amazing experience I would say! I have back issues from past 7 years and I kept ignoring it but when it starts escalating then I consulted Dr. Hayden ford! He explained my situation so well and did some adjustments according to my case and I won’t say my pain is completely gone as it has been just one sitting but my body has started responding to his adjustments. I am already looking forward to my further sittings to get it cured completely.

I had seen a chiropractor not long before going to see Dr. Hayden, and they were not good and caused me more issues than I went in their with. But the owner went above and beyond and got me an appointment with Dr Hayden.

Dr Hayden went truly beyond as he saw me out of his normal hours and did such a great job.

I have been seeing the same Chiropractor for 12 years or more now. And he normally is able to fix me right up to a decent degree, but things often go out of place in my neck or back very soon after.

That did not happen this time. The end of the week he saw me again to check up on things, and things were good.

Week later, still no issues. His movement of my neck, spine and hips were brilliant. Nothing out of my comfort zone, absolutely incredible!

I was so nervous because this is my first time going to a chiropractor. I have many doubt as I was scared of the process and the thought of cracking bone didn't help also. However, two weeks I haven’t been able to sit on a chair longer than 5 min. I thought to give myself a chance because I was in so much pain. I meet with a bubbly doctor Hayden Ford and a very professional pretty receptionist also. He run me through the process and every step of the way because he can see I was nervous of the whole procedure. I heard four cracks and yes it did hurt I’m not gonna lie but only within that second only. After that, I felt like my back, shoulder & neck was new again. I think I left my pain go for too long therefore I still have minor ache but it’s can’t compare to not being able to sit down! So Doctor Hayden has shine some light for people whom are worried, has doubt and scared like me. Defiantly, recommend him to family and friends. I am a First time ever client at a chiropractor (visited the Epping clinic) and from the get go in the initial consultation I was provided exceptional customer service from the receptionist and then the chiropractor provided me an in-depth view of what needs to be adjusted, expectations on how long it will take and what to expect at the end of every session.

For a first time patient at a chiropractor clinic they definitely made any worries disappear quite quickly.

I have been struggling with severe lower back pain for close to 8 years now and ever since I have started seeing the doctors at Wellbeing chiropractors in Epping, I've been given a proper diagnosis of my back problem and regular adjustments to my back have helped me go on with my daily life with more ease.
