The best in the biz. A cool crew of butchers (with great haircuts). I love the chicken parmigiana. Beef sausages are the best around and the service is always with a smile.

Everything purchased from Ash's has been phenomenal - especially the local Noosa steak. Could not recommend Ash's enough!

Great products and service with a smile. I visited just before Australia Day and purchased a heap of sausages. They had 16 different flavours to choose from. Great flavours, cooked up exceptionally well. We’ll be back.

🥳😎. Start with great meat and you can’t go wrong. Wagu or 3 pack fillet mignon, with butter buttons. You cannot go wrong. Super tender, juicy always. 😋

This place is fantastic and has improved out of sight! Really good quality, reasonably priced and everyone working there is so friendly. I have never regretted anything I've bought from here. I recommend the bbq lamb chops and any roast, plus the house made ham and bacon is delicious. They are long too happy to cut the dog bones in-half for my pup as well. These guys are great :)

We find that the aged grass fed cattlemen’s steaks (local paddock to plate assured) are always of excellent quality, and the variety of great quality sausages is also a feature. So good to have this boutique-style butcher in the local Woolies centre!!

Chorizo is bomb!

Bought some chicken spinach pine nut sausages last week, they looked great. When we cooked them up we could not eat them as they were soooooo salty. I think some one had dropped the salt container in the mix. Very disappointing..

Very poor experience. Paid for a rib eye steak as it was weighed and bagged but came home to find we received a completely different cut of meat which was much smaller and lesser quality. Rang the owner and not only did he not apologise but he did not offer a solution. We wouldn’t have minded if we hadn’t of paid for the rib eye. Terrible customer service, very disappointed.
