Jeanette has been my Thermomix consultant for over seven years. I have loved and faithfully used my TM31 nearly every day since buying it. Jeanette has always provided great support for my "old girl" and offered excellent recipe and usage tips both personally and via her Facebook page. I highly recommend her knowledgeable and friendly service and when my TM31 finally has had its day, I won"t hesitate to buy another machine from her.

Jeanette is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, a great teacher, professional, generous, has a great sense of humour, and is very customer focused. I purchased my first Thermomix from her in 2012, and purchased from Jeanette again when I upgraded in 2020. Jeanette’s follow up service post purchase is exceptional. Highly recommend.

FIrst purchased my TM31 so long ago I can't remember that far back. I love Jeanettes style, she's funny, she's a first class act, she's a fabulous person and probably the most passionate person about her TM in the world and universe combined, apart from myself of course. After two years thinking about it I finally decided to buy a TM6 with excitement and scared at the same time that I wouldn’t use it enough. I have followed Jeanette on Facebook for a long time and she made a post about the November offer…… I messaged her and got an immediate response. We discussed my wanting one but afraid at the same time. Jeanette was supportive but never pushy, she answered my crazy questions and sent me information to help me with my decision. I am now a proud owner of a TM6 and I love it !! Jeanette has been with me the whole way, if I’m unsure how to do something I message her and always get an answer. I know I selected the right consultant for me and Jeanette will be a friend for life even though I’m in NSW and she lives in Tassie and have never met but I hope to one day

After 10 years I purchased a TM 6 ! As a newbie I had questions ,made mistakes and a times confused 🙄 Jeanette has been there to laugh with me and guide me throughout nothing a problem.

Could not have had a better experience in buying book— as lm 77 and have no idea about downloading etc Jeanette was on the phone talking me through!
The recipe are wonderful Yoghurt magnificent Greek uth with uth pouring cream—- gf pastry unbelievable and date cake—-you can’t get any better——- can’t wait to try the others ! And hopefully her NEW BOOK !! Don’t be too long with that book lm Getty old Best wishes

Jeanette is a wonderful thermomix demonstrator. She knows the product well and is super helpful in sharing all of her tricks of the trade. The support she offers even after you purchase your product goes above and beyond.
