Noosa Fair Butchery

As first time visitors from Sydney we were genuinely impressed with this superb, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful butcher with extremely high quality cuts. The lamb cutlets, eye fillet, scotch fillets, mince were fantastic and irresistible sausages and the bacon was terrific.

Some of the best sausages and skewers I've had anywhere... All gluten free to boot.

The standouts were the fat pork and apple cider sausages but the plain beef and chicken were also excellent.

It's a pity we live interstate otherwise we'd most certainly be regulars!

Recently purchased homemade beef rendang and green chicken curry,Corrine makes on premises, absolutely stunning flavor sensation....
Corrine should open a restaurant in Noosa,as flavorsome as "Some Young Guy,"....highly recommend..and no i am not related just surprised at the balance of spices and quality of meat...

Mick & his team have the highest standards of quality meat in Noosa. Plus they’re always pleasant & really helpful. Definitely Noosa’s top butcher.

I do all my meat shopping at Noosa Fair Butchery … always delighted with the quality favs are scotch fillet, chicken cordon Bleu… bacon is delicious …. You never disappoint and great customer service Thank you 🙏

Have never posted before but the worst chicken and plain beef sausages I’ve ever had, needs more or better quality meat and less adatives. The steak shaslick sticks looked good but the meat had something on it and was a weird floury texture when cooked. It’s not that hard to produce a good quality product. Coles meat would have been better.

Worst sausages fattiest I have ever cooked, my friends at BBQ would not eat them , use to buy good sausages there last time in Noosa a few years ago

Dont buy chicken chilli etc spiced as they are not skinless and very thin layer of meat. Definitely not for health conscious eaters.
