Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Launceston Airport

We hired a wild card car and got a Kia carnival that was almost brand new. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Online booking was easy. We received an email checking in with how we were going after a couple of days which was lovely. All up the car hire with Enterprise definitely enhanced our experience in Tasmania 👍

What a wonderful experience with enterprise car rental. They are no doubt the best at Launceston airport. I flew from Sydney to Launceston for 7 days and picked the car from them. The flight landed around 8 p.m., and Emily was at the counter. She was really professional and helpful. She even printed the sightseeing and things to do to list Launceston and gave it to me. She made some really good recommendations. The car was clean, almost new. We had the best experience and travelled in every corner of Tasmania. No hidden cost or charges, no overcharges, at all. Return was so easy. Just park the car and drop the keys. Their prices are far better than other competitors. Highly recommended and will be back.

We hired a Mazda cx8 from Launceston. Almost new. Only 7,000 kms. Heaps of room and a great mid size suv. It drive very well, lots of safety features and easy to drive. It also came at a great price!

I have found the staff at Lauceston Airport to be very professional, courteous and helpful. I have used Enterprise on many occasions, picking up and dropping off at Launceston Airport and would not consider using anyone else. They have looked after me very well. Their cars are very clean and comfortable. Their prices are very competitive which is also great.

Had a little difficulty with contacting the Launceston Enterprise branch initially when my parents' flight got delayed and I wanted to change the booking time. However, I had really good customer service from Mr Matthew when I collected the keys, and even got an upgrade for the car that I booked. Suffice to say, pretty smooth booking with Enterprise outside the small hiccup in the beginning

Desk is easy to find in arrivals and I had the most friendly and professional service! Car pickup is an easy walk from the desk.

The best customer service I have ever received in Australia. Shanice who served us at the counter was very friendly and efficient. She explained everything we needed to know and yet it was still a fast process. We even received an email from Enterprise during our rental to make sure everything was going alright. The drop off process was very straightforward too. The car we received was a brand new SUV with less than 10k kms. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely rent with Enterprise again!

Greatest check in staff. Great car that met out needs for 6 people and luggage perfectly. A GPS update would have been useful but just a small issue

Richard at the Launceston Tasmania rental desk greeted us very professionally, he was friendly and gave us information on the places we planned to visit. He explained clearly and simply the terms of the hire vehicle and costs we were going be charged.
A very good experience at the start of our holiday picking up a rental car with no hassle. Drop off was just easy as we returned it to the same spot as we picked the car up from. They have a drop box to return the car keys if counter is unattended.
