Coles Bundaberg

Apart from a sour exchange with a staff member I continue to shop there. Management very quick to apologise profusely. All good, I do not hold grudges, as long as the matter was handled promptly, & it was!

Great customer service even 10 mins before close from Melissa at the deli every time we get meat she serves us with great customer service and a smile

The store is so good to shop the isles wide enough to have a elderly friend l take shopping we can walk down together with no problems all staff so helpfull

Always shopped at woolworths for the past 30 years until recently,then we found woolworths was going downhill and the Bundaberg store was getting very untidy with obstacles in every isle and hardly any checkout operators,so we decided to give coles a chance and we found it far cleaner with more selections and more room to move around,so sorry woolworths coles is our new store.

We do our fortnightly grocery shop. Excellent service

Staff are always lovely and helpful. Large range of products. Their click and collect service isn't as seam-less as Kensington Coles. I always seem to have larger waits and they have lost items before. But the staff and more than happy to help with any issues.

Most convenient supermarket for me. I get all my cat supplies here as they are both pretty fussy. Love the Scoop & Weigh products. These are the current fave munchies & even thought they are $18 per kilo, you can see this full bag was only $3

We would like to sincerely thank the Coles trolley collector that handed in a mobile phone to the service desk. Unfortunately we do not know his name but he has a beard. We are truly thankful to him for his honesty and will definitely look out for him when shopping at Coles Bundy next time to thank him personally.

Good service and good products.

Great variety of items. Very fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of where items are in the store.
They have plenty of self service checkouts and also staff on the registers.
The only annoying thing was having to go from one end of the store to the other to get bread and milk. Felt like I was going for my daily walk ;)

Had an alright experience until I got to the checkouts. Was served by a lovely young girl with the name maddi she brought a smile to my face and made my day. Such a kind, funny and pleasant person. 5 stars for her

Really enjoyed shopping here. It was our first time at Coles and totally relaxing, although we didnt know our way around. We will shop here in future.

It's a pretty decent Coles. Has everything we need. The layout was easy to navigate. The eggs are in the aisle, not the fridge section like some other Coles. All in all, a good place to shop.
