I have attended this surgery for 7 years. I have found all the Drs (Dr Ash, Dr Khan and Dr Toye) to be amazing. Dr Toye is very thorough, friendly, professional with a great sense of humour, helping patients feel comfortable. Chris the Surgery manager/ Receptionist is amazing. Always cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend this Surgery for all your needs.

I have seen many doctors during my 35 years of illness and I am yet to have dealt with any as professional and as thorough as Doctor Khan. He has helped me through some terrible times of my illness and always has my best interests at heart. I couldn’t recommend any more highly. Chris, the receptionist is also extremely kind and helpful and will always greet you with a happy face. Keep up the wonderful work.

Not only does this practice have a lovely lady named Chris at the counter but Dr Khan would have to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen for treatment. I would encourage anyone to be a patient at Doctors @ Kooralbyn

New doctor Dr Ashley Collins is excellent and new receptionist is very good and friendly, especially compared to the last lot. Recommended highly.

Staff were great,sadly was dismissed as patient after a woman with bi polar accused me of releasing her medicals reports,receiving a phone call accusing me of accessing medical reports was disturbing
Doctor was good,but sadly the step in doctors holidays wouldn't treat documented injuries

The doctor needs to learn what active listening is, and not making assumptions and jumping to conclusions. The reception staff and nurse where lovely.

my partner had a telephone appointment yesterday. The Doctor (owner) was extremely rude from get go. He had a go at my partner for taking medication according to what was prescribed?? before hanging up on my partner abruptly, without any goodbye, my partner couldn't get a word in. Total time of the appointment was 83 seconds. My partner was in tears
