Renting the storage space was easy, but things went downhill from there. Had to jump over a pond to access my stuff, which was odd but manageable. Absolutely rudest, most ignorant and worst people skills of anyone I’ve dealt with. Sad to see that Nick is in business and allowed to deal with the public. Of the 4 reviews only 1 is genuine, 1 relates to his container business and only based on the fact it’s located above the flood line. The other 2 are fake, a family and friend review. I hope this helps to balance a truer picture. Find anyone else.

Warning these people are hostile and dangerous to do business with. The reports from the transport company they used was shocking enough regarding the way they get treated, the owner trespassed onto my property without my permission and opened the container then sent transport to my home at 7:30pm to pick it up without any notice.

Terrible experience! I tried to book a unit and the owner asked if I was vaccinated and when I said no he said he won't help me and hung up on me immediately. Rude, uncaring and discriminating!
