Foreshore Hotel

Hotel was easy to get to from the airport and a good location to use as a base for road trips. Loved having my own patio to enjoy a morning coffee as well as being able to park outside my door

My experience at the Foreshore Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home.

The hotel's location, right along the foreshore, was breathtaking. I had stunning views of the water, and the convenience of being close to the beach was a definite plus. The ambiance in the hotel was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect place to unwind and take in the coastal charm.

The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. Whether you're staying in a room or a suite, you can expect a high level of comfort and modern amenities.

If you're looking for a coastal getaway in Australia with stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend the Foreshore Hotel. It's a hidden gem that left me eager to return for another visit.

Never stayed there, so can't comment on rooms. But the service is great, friendly staff and the location is excellent...because it's close to home

Fairly modern and tidy throughout.
Rooms were fairly spacious.
Comfortable beds with most basic items included, such as a refrigerator, tea & coffee, ironing board, etc.
Adjoining rooms are also available IF you need more than 1 room.
Recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that's not too far from Hobart and fairly close to Port Arthur.

A gem of a place a little off the main drag. Modern, comfortable rooms with everything you need and very quiet despite being near the pub. The pub is a great venue to eat drink and play. Next trip to Hobart I'm staying there and sacrificing proximity to the city for comfort and value for money!

Great fast meals and ideal outdoor area for kids

Meals came.out quickly despite have our group of 25 and another couple of big tables. Food was great and well presented

Very good food and patient, forgiving staff. I have greatgrandchildren and they are screamers and runners. The staff were wonderful and looked after us, cleaning up after us and all with smiles and happy banter. Thank you Foreshore Pub dining room!

The rooms are really really neat and tidy, have all up to date facilities and decent enough size, plus a small little "yard/balcony" sort of area for each unit, has everything you need, a little pub/restaurant and the staff were as nice as you'd expect, I was staying here on a business trip, but the accommodations were above average for places I've stayed!

Fantastic service . Booked a room on line for overnight stay $165. Cancellation policy was free up until two days prior then full amount to be paid. Had to cancel on the morning of travel due to a family mishap, rang to inform fully expecting and prepared to pay the amount owed. Couldn't have been nicer , immediately waived the fee and was more concerned for my daughters well being. Thank you and you will definitely see me when travel that way.

Came here to dine only on a busy Father's day. Staff were lovely and accomodating. The food was tasty and great value for money. Recommended if after a pub meal.

Stayed here overnight in queen suite. Hard to fault, no dramas at all. Staff were lovely, check in and out a breeze. Room was clean, warm, and well set out. All the standard amenities and a toaster. Bed and pillows so soft!! Located a short walk from groceries, chemist and other essential shops. Nice quiet area even on a Saturday. About 25mins/half hour into Hobart city.

This place is exactly what we were after. Very clean rooms. Modern rooms often stay in and around Hobart and normally disappointed we service and quality. Prices are good value for money. Anyone saying its to far from the city are dreaming. 10 mins easy and same to airport. Off the main Rd so quiet

Absolutely great meal, great service , awesome , we will come back again, best steak , the nicest garlic pizza, oh and don't forget the American Cheese cake just yummy

Very spacious area and generous portion sizes

Value for money, exactly what we expected for what we paid, room was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was spotless, sparkling and very roomy. Beds, and bedding felt and smelt clean, and were comfortable...would not hesitate to stay again.

Very family orientated hotel ! Great meals , welcoming staff and plenty of room for the kids to play n run round without being a nuisance to ne one else ! 5 stars from me just for providing old fashioned customer service ! Outside of everything else , thts wat really counts !

Staff are great, atmosphere was buzzing, good food at reasonable prices, kid friendly, and generous serving sizes. Was very content when we left!

It is an amazing place yo be. Not far from the beach, a magnigicient view of horizon from altitude hotel on first floor gives perfect calmness.

The new bottleshop is light, bright and not cramped. A great selection of booze and always great service
