Great store with very nice streetwear like clothes not very pricey at all either. Also very nice employees that greet you when you come in!

Need to exchange pants for smaller size but not local so need to confirm stock. Called many times, no answer. Left message on answering machine, no call back. Used online chat and online rep said their phones are on silent. They also tried calling, no answer to them either.

I guess Factorie Echuca prefer people have to go into their store to see if something is available, rather than be able check beforehand. They don't mind if you waste time and money going there because they are too lazy to answer phones. They seemingly prefer you risk your health if you're immunocompromised, or relish in the stock pot of disease that you might contribute to unknowingly and unwillingly.

Factorie Echuca are selfish, incompetent and don't care if they potentially kill someone with their laziness.

the staff are usually quite friendly however the blonde lady working yesterday had a terrible attitude when I went in to get a shirt quickly 10 minutes before they closed meanwhile she was just standing there chewing gum loudly, I wouldn’t recommend it based off the attitude and dirty looks she was giving
