My German Shepherd went for a complete shampoo, condition, trim of coat and pretty much everything including nails! She went in looking like a wild dog and came out looking like her beautiful self. We were completely amazed at the difference they made.
The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be taking my girl there again for her next groom. Thanks so much for being so supportive, understanding and kind Vetcross Super Store staff! Worth every cent!

Having a new little puppy and don’t really remember much about having one again. I called in a panic because Barney was freaking out and missing us a lot and I called and Sue gave me great advice and had a quick chat which put my mind at ease. I went in the next day to get worming and flea treatment and Sue went above and beyond. I was asking a lot of questions and Sue took the time to give me the help. Highly recommend Vet Cross Pet Superstore! They did an excellent job grooming my Groodle puppy. He was very spoilt and looked great and was very comfortable. You can tell they take great pride in their work and genuinely love what they do.

Expensive 10 minute visit

After I got home I noticed 2 of my dogs feet had not been done. Absolutely disappointed. Even with club discount it cost over 200. Won't be going back.
