A very big thank you for making my stay with you such fun. The staff were so kind and caring especially as it was my first time in kennels. I know I was a little nervous but all the staff at Country Comfort Pet Resort made me feel special with cuddles and kind words. Di got special food in for me too, to make me feel more at home. I cannot thank them enough for looking after me and would highly recommend any fellow pups to take their holiday at Country Comfort Pet Resort. All the staff are amazing and we get sooo much play time. Thanks again guys miss you

I can't express enough gratitude for Di and the team at Country Comfort Pet Resort. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even at short notice nothing was a problem for them. Di advised me on the vaccines needed and how to get it sorted in the timeframe. The facilities are amazing, the best setup I’ve seen. They take away all the stress of leaving our animals. And when we returned, our boy Zeus was happy and clean. 💙

Best kennel by far in town. My two pups get so excited going to stay and absolutely love seeing everyone! Couldn’t recommend country comfort enough!

After trying every pet "resort" in the Gladstone region ( and further ), we have finally found our furbaby's "forever holiday home".
Immaculately clean, no smell, individual rooms and outdoor yards. Staff are amazing and treated our girl extremely well.
We won't go anywhere else.

Country Comfort pet resort is a home away from home for our fur baby Annie , she was looking beautiful when we picked her up today, smelled nice & loved the staff who looked after her !The kennels where they live while staying , yes 2 one for daytime all grass & one concrete & bed for nights , always are so spotlessly clean ! No wee, poo anywhere ! Always cleaned . A big thank you for having her for us ❤❤

The staff are friendly and caring, they ask about your pets specific needs and genuinely seem to care.
We have also been very impressed with the cleanliness of the kennels.
It's lovely to relax on holiday knowing your pet is well cared for.

Absolutely love sending my dogs here when going away on holidays, the care and love the dogs receive is amazing , with photos updates posted to their Facebook to ensure you know the pups are looked after and doing well when away. our whole family uses Di and her team at Country Comfort for all their dogs accommodations when going away. Couldn’t not fault the service at all.

Always very clean. Di and her team are friendly and professional. Feel very comfortable leaving my little dog with them. Also love the pictures they put regularly on their fb page, good to see my dog having fun having a run in the yards.

This kennel makes going away on holidays a lot easier. We have trialled other kennels in the past, with some really bad experiences (normally clean and tidy dogs smelling like they hadn't been let out in days). After just picking up our 2 x dogs from the kennel, the difference between here and the others is polarising.

Below is a summary of how this kennel reigns supreme:
1.) You are actually encouraged to go inside and see where your dogs are staying. There are no secrets here.
2.) When you go inside, you see it is spotlessly clean.
3.) Great set-up whereby the dogs have an inside and outside area, with great grassed playing zones.
4.) There are no extra changes besides what you pay for the kennel. The dogs get heaps of play time outside. No extra fees for exercise and company.
5.) The kennel posts continually on Facebook where you are able to see photos of your dogs in action.
6.) They are thorough in understanding how your dogs gets fed, and issues, medications etc. The staff asked the right questions I had not even thought about.
7.) The dogs are kept healthy and happy. The proof is in the pudding when they are picked up.

I cannot recommend Country Comfort highly enough.

CCPR Always take Excellent Care of our working dogs. Our dogs always leave happy, clean and ready to go back to work.
Facilities are wonderful and Di and her team are professional and dedicated to the care of each dog.

We have had our dog Calli stay at the resort on several occasions now, she is always well looked after and super happy to go there.

Very clean, every kennel has its own lawn area and on hot days a pool is provided 😊
