A Minor Place.

Such a cosy cafe!!! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I had scrambled eggs on GF toast and it was delicious. We really enjoyed our time There. We'll definitely come back! ❣

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home.
We had 2 cold brew coffee. One long mac. And one long black. Coffee was spot on.
We also ordered the smashed avo, the tostie, the minor breakfast, and some crazy bespoke concoction our friend ordered.
The food was very good. The smashed avo and minor breakfast were a hit.
The toasty was nothing spectacular. But I'm not sure what I expected with a toasty.

Google asked for an update. Still an amazing cosy place. Only thing I'd want to change is more pickles on the chorizo toastie.

Google asked for another update. Steak sanga was delicious. It does take a while to be served but that might be deliberate or because it was busy.

We ordered Avo and Salmon bagel and a Club sandwich.
The food was really tasty but a bit overcooked (both chicken and Salmon).
Service was really good and the staff was quite helpful and sweet.

Always enjoy a visit to A Minor Place with their delicious coffee and brunch options. No matter what I’ve chosen it’s always been great - the veggie breakfast is my go-to and very satisfying.

A friend recommended there and I finally made my visit. Steak sandwich was tasty and filling, and soy latte was a minor difference from what I had usually, which was interesting. Can’t wait to try out other foods on the menu.

What a pretty little place! We went on a Saturday 11am. Friendly staff and plenty of different spots to sit, outside inside and in the little sun filled back garden. The menu is really nice! Lots of different things to choose from! I ordered the french tiramisu toast and I don’t think i’ll ever go back to normal toast ever again! Thanks guys! Will be back!

After spending a few days in Melbourne one can get over the whole ‘cafe thing’. A
Minor Place manages to still impress despite stiff competition.

Located on a lazy strip the cafe looks like your friendly neighbourhood cornerstone. This is helped by the fact that the cafe sits in a renovated home with fire place and all.

This place is value for money, good food and portion size for a good price. Family friendly and i believe pet friendly as there are many tables and chairs outside.

Will definitely visit again.

Wow! I was surprised how busy this place was today around noon on a cool Sunday afternoon, but when you eat the food you know why! My dish was perfect for the winter day. A hot plate of seasoned winter vegetables, poached egg and hollandaise with a small amount of chorizo and tasty bread to match. A minor place is a larger venue than I had expected. It has plenty of outdoor seating suitable for families (both kids and dogs). We had to wait 10-15 mins for a table for 3 + dog, but a little later tables were easily available. I'm thankful for the warm blankets that were available, there was no heating outside.

Had a lovely brunch with excellent coffee.
Very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. I had the New York bagel. 🥯
Friendly staff.

A great experience. Staff was friendly and attentive. We rocked up at noon on a Sunday. They sat us outside and brought us coffee. We both had the brekky sandwich with sourdough bread. Sandwiches were delicious. Perfectly cooked and the jalapeño relish was the best. Everyone was super friendly. And everyone was happy. Seriously great vibe. They also have a coffee window and people sat outside with their pups. All in all, definitely five stars.

A great little coffee shop hidden amongst houses in Brunswick. Well worth the drive or walk to get there. Great service, coffee, etc.

I love this place, coffee and food are great, I highly recommend the sweet potato pancake for breakfast, it’s delicious!. Friendly staff and nice outdoor sitting area to chill and enjoy the good weather.

Good coffee and lots of vegan and vegetarian options! I had the Quesadilla which was filling and tasty and served with a lot of guacamole! Great place for a pit stop while cycling. Will visit again!

Killed it in all aspects.
Don't stop what you are doing.
For someone in the industry, coming to a place like this shows why we do it so well in Melbourne.

I discovered this little gem on my route and finally got to try it out. Now I have a background as a barista/coffee snob, but I must day the coffee was fantastic. In the top tier I have found in Melbourne
